@@jeremiahboyd7009 rural areas have more fires. Building codes aren't as strict if they even exist. A department I worked for averaged 500 called a year and averaged 80 fires a year.
Yeah, it's kind of suspect.......lightning causes a lot of fires and they've had a lot of lightning in the past couple of days. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt.
I am the Assistant Chief of the department he is on. It has been a blessing sence the day he Introduced himself to us. There have been many situations where we definitely would have needed mutual aid assistance if it was not for Travis and the ERT joining us. It is like pulling teeth to get volunteers with the currant generation.
Biden has sent his condolences to Iran...and asked them if this means he won't be getting any further kickbacks for his efforts to aid them against Israel.

When I lived in ft Smith Arkansas and Tennessee both when people had homes barns or whatever burn down people in the communitys would jump in and help rebuild their loss . Arkansas was really big on helping their neighbors. Good people.
They were flying in a helicopter that was over 40 years old. I can't imagine having a problem with an aircraft older than most US citizens.....
Fire preparation is so important. We lost our home two years ago to fire and we're still trying to recover. Inflation has made it so difficult. We're saving up money to build our next home on our land near Eminence Missouri. Recently Eminence lost its fire department due to fire so our little community of neighbors up there are all coming together learning to deal with the fires on their own. We all need to learn how to do things on our own and as a community because at some point it will all be up to us I feel. Do everything you can to prepare everyone. Take care and god bless. ❤

Travis, you are 100% correct on priorities. In reality, firearms and tactics will likely fall somewhere between 1 to 10%. The REMAINDER will be food, water, medical, and simply day to day existence...i.e. WHAT DO YOU DO with a bad toothache and NO DENTISTS!
Mash up cloves add enough water to make a thick paste. Apply to the painful area. It won't cure it, but it will numb it for a while.

Fire dept. never gets to a structure fite in our location until it's gone. 3 home close by have burnt to the ground. They cannot find some locations,they don't know some of the roads and GPS doesn't work very well here.
