Mickey and Minnie Holiday Cupcake | Disneyland Inspired | 12 Days of Baked Goods

Day 7 of the 12 days of baked goods and we are recreating these cupcakes from the Disneyland resort!
- Recipe -
Vanilla
6 oz Butter
3 Eggs
2 1/2 Cup Flour*
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 Cup Milk
Bake at 350º 18 - 20 minutes
Red Velvet
2 2/3 Cups Flour
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
4 oz Butter
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Red Food Gel
Bake at 350º for about 18 - 20 minutes
Chocolate
6 oz Butter
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cup Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Bake at 350º for 18- 20 minutes.
- American Buttercream -
6 oz Butter
6 - 8 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk or Heavy Whipping Cream
2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
