I blame most of it on WWE honestly. One mistake they made was that they listened to the fans complaints when they should’ve never had added The Rock in the first place. They changed Roman vs The Rock to Roman vs Cody for Wrestlemania 40 and afterwards it just when it went south. Clearly you can tell they have no idea what to do now that Cody won the belt and that these feuds are just fillers until The Rock gets back to face him if it’s at Summerslam or Wrestlemania 41. I personally think the match should take place at Summerslam. What makes this difficult though is that when Roman does eventually come back and The Rock comes back and they kick off the Bloodline Civil War it’s going to outshine Cody’s title run
