How to open an iPhone charger without destroying it.

Interesting video, I'm one of these impatiens people who want my chargers to charge immediately and be alive when I plug my phone in.
Thank you for warning me to unplug it as it could damage the charger or maybe the phone.
I admire people I know who every evening see that all the little lights are switched off, also saving electricity.
Every little bit helps....
