Tibetan Seniors Picnic at Kurukulla Center in Medford. Tibetan elders enjoyed morning prayer sessions, peaceful walks around the gompa, and delicious food and tea. Lunch was sponsored by Yi-Ying Chen family.

Are you interested in the Shambhala Kingdom and finding that? I studied the Ngorpa Kalachakra. Do you know the lineage of the Ngor School which goes to the Dalaï's brother Takster Rinpoche who married the sister of the Ngor founding family called Kheun. (མཁོན) I'm related to the Norwegian royal family myself. I studied Tibetan at Paris University INALCO 5 years. The Ngor School stresses study and says that there is no Nirvana without study, associated closely, unseparate with practice.
