  • Lipless crankbaits are a great early spring fishing lure for bass. Well what about multispecies? Also, does an ultralight lipless crankbait work just as well? Today's video is all about lipless crankbaits (of all shapes and sizes) for numerous species!
    I caught 5 species on lipless crankbaits in this video! I guess you could say that they work for more than just bass :) Honestly this was an incredible day of fishing. Caught some nice ones too!

    Great idea. Not sure how you know when someone comments, so you may never see this comment on an older video, but here goes anyway. I've been trying to get the Googans to do this same concept as a 1v1v1 for a year now. Take 1 lure.. a hula popper, jitterbug, jerk bait, swimming grub, lipless cranks, buzzbait, etc. Fish 3 different sizes. ultra light, medium to small size, large size. 3 different rods to match the size of the lure. The lure has to be the same, just 3 different sizes. (ex. Hula popper - 1 1/4 inch - 3/16 oz, 2 inch - 3/8 oz, 2 1/4 inch - 5/8 oz). You could maybe make some exception like on a top water frog, as long as all three sizes were either popping frogs or pointy nose frogs. The whopper ploppers would be a cool top water one too. I have actually done this myself. Great fun!!!

    Great video; thank you. Some great catches in this one, but none more important than that tangle of fishing line just past the 10-minute mark. Times like that are when catch and DON'T release applies. I have the habit of bringing a small trash bag and some disposable gloves along with me when I am outdoors or fishing. They take up almost no space, and are great to have around when you encounter a mucky mess in need of proper disposal. Keep up the great work!

    • @FishAnything
      @FishAnything  Před rokem

      I prefer braid because it is high visibility, zero stretch, and low diameter. I can cast braid further and detect more bites for those reasons. I find that light fluoro is very brittle and breaks easier than other options.

      I have fished saltwater a couple times but have very little experience. Lots of bass fishing videos on my channel, feel free to pop around and let me know if you have any more specific questions.

      Lol I mean I can’t say I’m super cultured so I’m not sure what you drink but I tend to like all coffee! Especially the strong stuff 🤠🤤
