Electoral Court to hand down judgment in the ANC vs MK Party case

- The Electoral Court will this morning hand down judgment in the case brought by the ANC seeking to have the uMkhonto weSizwe party de-registered and barred from participating in the upcoming elections. The ruling was meant to be handed down yesterday, but was changed for unexplained reasons. The governing party claims due process was not followed in registering the MK party. Newzroom Afrika’s Ziyanda Ngcobo and Juniour Khumalo are outside the High Court in Johannesburg and have more.

That’s correct, SABC shift the sentiments of this country and they cover the ANC. I remember when we were focusing on Phala Phala case and they came up with Thabo’s case after that it all disappeared, now I don’t even know what happened with Ramaphosa’s case.
