hello, guys! i just got the new iphone 14 pro and it’s such an upgrade from my 4-year-old iphone xs max! let’s unbox and set it up together ༉‧₊˚✧
in this video, i also shared my thoughts on this upgrade, i reviewed a bunch of phone cases and accessories, and i showed some photo & video shot on its new camera!
lots of mishaps actually, but i hope you find this somehow useful! i was also torn between picking the space black or the deep purple version but chose silver instead because white basically goes well with anything, esp my existing setup hehe
p.s. sorry for my fake long nails! the package arrived just before i got my nails done and i couldn’t wait any longer to unbox it lol

why am i loving this video content sooo muchhh😍😭😭😭😭 everythin is aesthetic.. your phone case choice, your fingers and nails are aesthetic (starting to sound so creepy here), the buildings in the camera are aesthetic even, the camera angle are just to die for, the cute popsocket😩, the flower casing🥺, and the cute camera lens protector arhhh🙌🏼🤍
iphone 14 pro is the last phone you will ever need. btw a cool side feature that ive really enjoyed is the keyboard sound turned off but haptic feedback left on. really satisfying to touch. I opted out of lense protector as is messes with the camera quality ie smudges and dust buildup around the edges. The protection of the camera lenses is stronger than the case itself i think u will be fine (it also looks cleaner )
i agree! i think i won’t be upgrading till i absolutely have to. and thanks for the tips! will consider removing the lens protector as many of you have suggested here :)
@@KristerAnne I say, if it makes your feel better, keep it on. I personally never went for those, knowing the effects on camera quality and concerns for cheap build. But nowadays, I’m kinda looking at trying one out. Some suggestions say it doesn’t ruin the quality much if at all. And repair can be a pain, so…..
not to mention the cheap amazon camera protectors can actually cause your camera to break if dropped when it otherwise wouldnt because of the cheap plastic smacking into the camera
really? I think the Iphone X is the last phone you will ever need; the rest are all miniscule upgrades. After iphone 15 we will probably get some revolutionary tool that will render a phone useless.
I've been using an iphone X series for 4~5 years now too, and I'm waiting for my new 14pm to get in the mail as well. That's why I'm thinking of watching an unboxing video. This will be a huge jump of an upgrade from X to 14pm so I'm excited aaahhh~~~

Congrats! I got an iphone 14 pro recently too in the same color as yours. I honestly still prefer glossy backs but the matte back is so nice to the touch and when using a clear case the fingerprint is not too visible

Love the sounds! Lol. A lot of people like the Max too. I tried it last year and I loved it! Then when I upgraded, I tried just the Pro, I also loved it but I miss the Max and I’m going back. So nobody can really say not to choose the Max. Lol. It’s big but not that bad at all. And I have a very small and short hands. Enjoy your new phone! 😊

Thank you for the upload 🙏 It’s literally everything I need! We both had an iPhone XS Max 512 GB that I plan on upgrading to a iPhone 14 Pro 256 GB! I never filled up 512 Gb, although I did go over 256 GB so I planned to just buy more iCloud storage and give CZcams one more look and bam, I found your video! 😂 (makes me feel a little less scared to downsize the screen for something a little more pocketable)

this video is really good! I can't believe your phone took 3 weeks! mine took around 3 to 4 days
I would recommend removing the camara protector. While I understand the need to protect the camaras. Another glass on top will affect the performance since the camara is not calibrated for it. It will also prevent good light coming to the lenses and it can keep moisture inside of it

it just looks like it’s still new but it’s been glitchy esp since the ios16 update + battery life is terrible now 😅 i agree, the 14 pro is a lot more compact than the pro max but the pro max has a much bigger battery! my 14 pro can’t last a day of filming here & there, so i think you still made the right decision :)

Nice video but consider removing the camera protector since it will moist later. Let the natural lenses get light for nice photos.

Would not reccoment to buy Magsafe accessories from Apple (way to expensive), I would recommend Anker, they come in the best colours too ^^
I strongly recoment not to use a camera lens protector at all, besides what you experienced, it really impacts the photos, negatively.
If you want to use popsockets again the work with magsafe now too, so you do not have to permanently ruin a case with it, I have on and the magnets are super strong.

hey there! I just wanted to let you know that you can completely return any case from elago if you bought the wrong size like me! I bought a 14pm case for my 14p just like you and I returned it, and got a 14p case back super fast!
