Bicep Stretch for Golfer and Tennis Elbow

  • Last week, we looked at two stretches to relieve the tension in the forearm caused by overuse to help with Golfer's & Tennis Elbow.
    This week, we go one step further and continue up the arm to the bicep, which will further assist in recovering the total muscle tension that causes Golfer's & Tennis Elbow.
    For the bicep stretch, find a doorway or something similar to apply pressure against. Have your arm at shoulder height with your palm facing towards the floor. Press into the doorway so that you can feel pressure across the front of the shoulder and into the bicep. Hold for ten seconds and repeat.
