Hare Krishna, Spiritual world is not a fancy, but the supreme reality. we have to get spiritual vision to see the dhams... mathura, vrindavan, govardhan and radha kunda are all exalted and special but radha kunda is very special because it is the manifestation of love of radharani for Krishna. thank you...

Thank you Prabhuji for giving us the concept of the spiritual world first before talking about the hierarchy of the places mentioned in this text.
We as sadhaka Bhaktas should understand that dham can be perceived based on our adhikar. The Universe is like a mainframe computer with different levels of access to different users.
When we have material consciousness and go to the dham, we see only at the material level. But when we get purified, our spiritual perception gets activated. So we need to see dham from scriptural description and integrate with sensory perception and pray for spiritual revelation. And when Krishna reveals the dham to us, it conquers our heart and this is of great virtue.

Hierarchy in spiritual world is in consideration of rasa. From point of tattva everything is perfect is all spiritual world. No one is anxious in any part of Vaikuntha.
Thanks Prabhuji for great enlightenment, I loved to hear about how ane can perceive the Dham: ie by integration of How we can see the dham ?
by Integration of following
1) Scriptural descriptions: first hearing and seeing with devotees about the dham
2) Sensory perceptions : perceiving leelas of Krishna like Govardhan lifting, bathing in Radha Kunda or in Jamuna river there by engaging your senses in Krishna.
3) Spiritual revelations: for that one should prey to the Lord to reveal him.
Dham is covered by yoga maya.
BVT in Navadwip dham mahatmaya says dham is covered by yoga maya and not perceivable by everyone so covering of yoga maya is removed only by ones endeavor of shadhaaka of purification combined with mercy of Krishna thru his devotees.
Spiritual world exists however only those who have the adhikar experience it here or go there.
To see the dham, we should integrate the scripture description with sensory service and then pray for the mercy so the spiritual world is revealed to us.
spiritual vision needed to perceive dham in fullness
The existence of spiritual world is proven by our natural longing for the supernatural, by the logical need of a place where the eternal soul belongs to, by scientific research showing that there is much in the world beyond our experience and by scripture. Hierarchy of spiritual world is from the rasa aspect, from tattva aspect all of spiritual world is perfect. We shouldn't use hierarchy described in this verse to impose things on others. Mathura is accessible to sadhakas, Govardhana serves Krishna in many ways and allowed all five rasas to manifest simultaneously, and Radha kund is the liquid form of Radharani's love. We can reside at Radha kund by imbibing the mood of selfless service and devotion.
This verse shows hierarchy of various dhams.
Spiritual World (Transcendental Realm) is Superior to Material World (Universe) and is ¾ of total creation. Universe is only 1/4 of total creation.
People say Spiritual World is fancy. That way Disney world/ Harry Potter are also fancy but they exist.
Heart long for something which is extra ordinary.
Attraction to super natural is natural.
We can reject supremacy of Spiritual World.
All wisdom traditions (all religions) refer to eternal place.
It is also talked about in scriptures.
All basic needs like water, air, fire etc are provided by God. Knowledge is also provided by God in the form of scriptures.
This body is temporary but soul is eternal. When soul leaves the body it must have it’s original place of stay that is Spiritual World.
Spiritual World can not be explained by science. Like beauty can not be explained by science. More the facial skin is observed by high resolution microscope, more horrible skin look like.
In science, more we explore, more we come to know that there is much more is needed to know.
When science does not know universe properly, how it can explain Spiritual World.
Spiritual World is supreme reality. That Spiritual World (Abode of Krishna) must be our goal.
Spiritual World is full of happiness and without anxiety.
Everybody in Spiritual World is liberated soul and perfect.
All dhams are providing different type of rasas. In vaikuntha, Devotees are in association with lord Vishnu. In Gilok Vrindavan, devotees are in association with lord Krishna. In Bhulok Vrindavan, Vatsalya ras is available which is not in other dhams.
Vaikuntha is not easily accessible but in Mathura where Krishna appeared is easily accessible by devotee. Foe devotee Mathura is very important.
We normally see Dhaam material point of view and see lot of negative aspect like cleanliness etc.. With our impure hearts we are not given access to realise full spiritual capability of the Dhaam.
In Mainframe computer there are lots of different level of user authorisation for accessibility. All are not authorised for all uses. Only main owner/creator have all accessible rights. Dhaam is also visualised as per Adhikaar (Kanishtha, Madhyam and Uttam).
We have to develop spiritual perception to perceive complete spirituality of Dhaam.
We can see Dhaam by Integrating spiritual description with sensory perception and praying to God for spiritual revelation.
Going to Dham is using our body in service of God.
Superior to Mathura is Vṛndavana because of Kṛṣṇa's ras lila pastimes. And superior to Vṛndavana is Govardhana Hill, for it was raised by the divine hand of Śri Kṛṣṇa and was the site of His various loving pastimes. All the rasa were reciprocated for seven days here.
As per Gaudiya Sampradya, Śrī Rādhā-kuṇḍa stands supreme, for it is overflooded with the prema of the Lord Kṛṣṇa and Radha rani. All holy river came here to provide water in Shyam Kund/Radha Kund.
