Such a great video! Love how you included people from all the different fields! (Warriors, monarchs, authors, poets, philosophers, actors, musicians, Generals) The Hellenic spirit shall never die! 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷
Fun facts (I come in peace): - Spartans and Athenians considered the Macedonians as not being "proper" Greeks - Macedonian Empire at its height under Alexander was a multi-ethnic empire - Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantium) stretched from Illyria to Mesopotamia also a multi-ethnic empire - Ottoman Empire, Greeks across Anatolia, the Levant, Thrace, Epirus, Macedon, and Egypt lived in multi-ethnic societies The concept of a homogenous and ethnocentric country is a late 19th century concept and has existed for roughly 80-100 years. Greeks throughout history were part of multi-ethnic societies. The reason we have such a rich cuisine, culture, and music is a testimony to this. I am very proud to be Greek, but I am not delusional or uninformed. The rest is nationalistic zealousy...

Constantine the great wasnt greek but ok
Half Greek
He was half greek , Half illyrian I think.
He was 100% Greek ethnically, even though he was born northward and was a Roman citizen and emperor.
Comstantine The Great is part of the GrecoRoman nation.
