Breadcrumbs 1-2 tablespoons
Butter 3 tablespoons 45g
Flour 3 tablespoons 35g
Leche 1/4 tasa / 300 ml

Why do TVs and movies make soufflé look like they will pop and lose their air or insides to a loud sound or noises nearby?
I.e. a loud character will visit a character in an apartment where they are cooking a soufflé. And the soufflé-character whisper “quiet I’m cooking a soufflé!”
