Nope. Charles said the knee was fine. It was the interviewer trying to stir up doubt about the knee.
He went on to say... "It seems", "it appears." (When talking about Dubois knee) it has made a full recovery. Putting all responsibility on the specialists, he's supposedly recovered from surgery in a third of the time normally expected by an athlete.
Be pleased for don if they can pull it off !

I'm not convinced the knee has fully healed. Interviewer was being a bit sneaky with the way he phrased the question, clearly attempting to cast doubt on the claim that the knee has healed.
There was no knee injury in the Lerena fight...

No disrespect but I can already see the excuse in the next press confernce if they lose this fight, Don will talk about how Daniel had a knee injury fighting the former undisputed cruiserweight and current unified heavyweight champion.
My opinion is that Daniel doesn't have the skill or enough experience to beat Uysk. But it's heavyweight boxing, and anything can happen. I wish them both the best of luck

Dreaming, fantasy talk. Dubois is going to get hit with some big lefts in the first minute and will be very cautious, then Usyk is going to take him apart. Usyk hits harder than ever before.
The breakdown :
Dubois will come out, stupidly and predictably, overly aggressive.
He will over commit and be made to pay.
Dubois has no real skill. No ability to adapt, adjust or create.
Once his aggression has been stifled and he has no plan B the fight
will become a simple matter of target practice until the stoppage.
People need to come to terms with the fact that this will the the
third of three top lb4lb fighters to deliver us a lesson in master
boxers vs over matched competition in the space of a few weeks.
Usyk by stoppage inside 8 and delusional fans will want to turn it off before it's over.

Absolutely not - Dubois with McGuigan and with no prior injuries might have had a slim chance but not this version. Think he'll get plaudits for being aggressive but ultimately gets beaten up - bit like Yarde has done twice.
