I would 100% buy this DLC, and not even complain that it's more Skaven stuff.
Ironically, the presence of Skaven causes a significant reduction in the rat population of a city as Skaven have no problem eating rats. The only reason that a few high-ranking Skaven are willing to keep a rat as a pet is because the behavior of rats is far different from the behavior of a Skaven. For example, a rat will never bite the hand that feeds it while a Skaven is guaranteed to.
