I think that physical healing has already started for me, Lee. I am 74 and had shrunk from 5' 6'' to 5' 1''. The main reasons for that were numerous compression fractures in my spine and 2 curvatures. In the last month I have grown 2''and the severe pain I have felt for about 15 years is gradually easing. My digestion has dramatically improved also. I felt that I was told to do certain exercises (nothing too taxing!) and I had a little 'chat' with my bone cells. I am thrilled with the improvement so far! Thank you for all your videos which I enjoy so much. I send you so much love. Eleanor.

Thank you for sharing that Eleanor, I too have similar issues with my spine & degeneration & have been visualizing bones expanding with plump juicy disc's. I'm sure it's helping with the pain & function so I will keep on. I'm more inspired now.
Thanks for sharing. I also experienced deep physical healing in the last days. I also had issues with my lower back and neck. My back and I have a new agreement that I ask how and what exercise we are going to do. I'm very happy to hear communication with your body works for you too ☺

Normally I deliberate. Lately on my walks instead of seeing birds of prey sitting on top of telegraph poles watching, noticed they are gently gliding above & over me. Took this as a message of wind beneath my wings....and it's time to move with these times. Embrace what is before us all. Each step remembering that kindness with connection paramount .

intense period.... awf.... one day at a time :) Around summer I was receiving a lot of inspiration and ideas.... these days... it's more grounded... but I can feel that I am slowly integrating my new self, onto the old. And it's beautiful. A lot of heart energy, dear ones passing, grief and love at the same time... wordless...
I grew up in a religious family and my dad was a preacher. I went through life with blinders on. I changed my whole ways of thinking about 10 years ago and felt I was released from prison! I have been researching different people's ways of finding and keeping this inner peace, from card readers to crystal balls to channeling other beings to coffee cup readings, astrologers, intuitives, chakras...you name it, I followed. Some I used for myself but others didn't resonate with me personally. I found it to be very true what you said about our "truths". Everyone has their own way that is right for them but yet we are not divided. We all worship the same God. Thank you Lee for your videos...I do resonate with your ideas and teachings!!
Planning on finding a warm blanket, plenty of chocolate and maybe some good wine for mid-Nov - mid Dec! Ugh....

Interesting about the timing of the electrical storms - especially since watching the Epiphany Talks with Pam Gregory on her channel, where she speaks via an out of body channel to a 26th dimensional being called Zac. From the 15th Dec to the 11th January there are massive opportunities to shift (through moments of joy). Very very worth a watch to prepare - especially after the electrical storms.
I feel blessed to be connected to such lovely tribes of people. My greatest challenge at the moment is feeling as though I might be the one going mad, whilst the majority of people are carrying on with life as though nothing is wrong at all.
I have felt the shifts and continue to work on the bits I need to clear. Really do need to focus on my body too, so good to know the focus is coming there.
Lee, I'm thrilled I found you, what a wonderful blessing you are. Your voice alone is healing, I truly believe you are an angelic being brought here to transition humanity. I just adore you my sweet soul.

I've had so many small wounds come up to the surface in the past couple of weeks, sometimes several per day, and I have felt them melt away almost immediately. Things or events that happened decades ago, and a few things that I didn't even know I had carried with me all this time. It's now very clear to me why this has been happening. Thank you Lee, I have so much love for you and your work.

I resonate entirely with you, Lindha. I feel that I have been on a roller-coaster ride of emotions. I have found the whole process extremely effective and fascinating. I could have done without the constant headache and general body pain for 2+ months but for the last 3 days I have felt on a very even keel and the pain is nowhere near as bad. OMG Body healing!!! YES! I have made a decision this past week, to take better care of my physical body. I looked up, as I prayed and asked for true healing. I suppose its coming! All I had to do was make the decision and actually act on it!
Today has been extremely rough for me. Lots of anxiety with the new moon coming up and the energy is so intense it’s hard for me to settle out. Thank you Lee for explaining this. I don’t feel so alone now.✨🙏

Hi Lee - I can completely resonate with that conflict between my spirit and ego for example: my ego wants me to change career and living arrangements and my spirit is asking me to be more patient and not to worry so much about feeling stagnated, there has been so much turmoil in my life in the last several years regarding my personal life, and relationships that it has taken its toll at times and worn me out, but on a positive note I've used these energies to go deep within myself through solitude and introspection to heal old wounds and let go of what does not serve me no longer and embrace change. As always your videos give me a lot of insights and sooth my soul. A big thank you to yourself, all the best 👍

I feel so much of the last 2 years hss been about stepping into our individual sovereignity , knowing and living from our truth, speaking out, standing up, listening to ourselves in spite of nagging naratives.
Love the ending: some are cleverly sowing seeds of divisiveness. I had an intution a week ago about plans being cooked to sow divisions between DT fans and JB fans. Two world leaders may fall. (I've been watching for many years and this is my first post, thank you!!)

I've had to listen to this several times already. I needed it today to keep me going with the flow.
My angels are telling me to take care of myself first. That's the goal, I have to turn off my empath self, I can share and serve more if I put myself first. It's not easy, I have been using a lot of my energy with this limbo - the power of saying NO.

The part in your update when you talked about not having to jump when spirit gives us messages is exactly what I needed to hear! I have had sooooo many signs, dreams, synchronicities happening that I got a bit overwhelmed with the idea that I had to figure out what I was supposed to be doing at this time, but maybe I’m not necessarily supposed to be doing, just being, and breathing and being grateful for their guidance. So much of Uranus energy already hitting me. I'm a scorpio. 1980s born pluto ruled. So many sudden surges of energy. Body becoming exhausted. Barely could manage expenses. Chest congestions, heavy heart chakra activation. Rapid kundalini risings.

I had a dream about the word “Sovereign “ a couple weeks ago. Ironically I feel more in my truth and power in relation to the world generally however I am really suffering core wounds of abandonment in my romantic relationship which makes me so tired and wired. I wish I could feel sovereign at that personal relationship level too ❤️

So that's why I had a flying dream last night. I was all over the world and woke up exhausted. Some beautiful scenery!
I don't know a lot about all of this, but the soul speak part really hit me, because a week ago I was meditating with gongs and other sounds together with other people and when the grandiose sounds hit me, I immediately thought of a dragon standing with me in the room, he was made out of pure light. From that day I always imagine him standing behind me protecting and giving stenght and hope to connect deeper with that energy.

When you said regarding truth "there is no such thing actually" my heart, body, and soul literally spoke out loud the word 'yes'. That is what I've been feeling and didn't know how to express so succinctly. Most times I just listen as people place hard, harsh emphasis on their truth, their position, while my inner self wants to ask them to remove themselves, go to the stars and look down at earth and what is playing out there and tell them there is freedom from that perspective. That is where I experience my own sovereignty in this chaos. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the Z's and to you.
This is such a wonderful update and guidance that really helps me personally to prepare myself for how the energies will present themselves and how to cope. Sometimes I have a day of strong anxiety out of the blue, no reason why. By afternoon it’s usually gone. I get the sense now its me adjusting so I try to be mindful and breath into my solar plexus. It works! Thank you for your work for humanity.

Thank you, Lee. I really like the poetic power, the message, in "Allow your power through you..." I feel this catches me (my conscious mind) off-guard, just enough..to self-talk "sure. Why not?". The first that came through for me when I heard you speak it was- (and this supports) -- the message "i am not a separate self". When I allow my power to come through, it opens the door for all my relations-- those loving co-creators, my cosmic team, to move through. The larger self of ancestors, teachers and helpers. Quite a power party, it is. Feels like a Love Revolution. Liberation, to the benefit of All, reverbing on out... 🙏🏽
Soul speaking ramping up? I just started video recording my spirit guides channeling a week ago. I have 3 videos now. I’ve never done that before. I also just started talking with them during my day, not just during meditation. That’s new too. I love that the Z’s talk about an increase in that area. It’s true for me. The dimmer knob is turning up my connection to it. What a ride we are all on?! TY Lee.
As I read comments I have to stop because what you said about talking to them just regular really resonated. I do this while I walk. I walk and talk to them. I think the neighbours think I’m just a loon. But I don’t care. THEN I read your dimmer switch comment and wanted to say woah cause that’s what I was talking to them about this afternoon. That the light is on and always on but we have a dimmer switch to lower it or brighten it when necessary. Keep it up. I’m gonna check out your vids now!

Talk about "soul speak".... I have had some stirring happenings along this line of being in the right place at the right time to be open to the messages I truly need to progress. New guidances to search and receive new guidance, new people, and new situations. Just so grateful for this opportunities!
I had an ancestor or spirit guide make contact with me last night! Either because it was Halloween when the veil is thinnest or because she’s sick of my nonsense. (Probably the second one. 😂)
Just as I was falling asleep, I heard a woman’s voice clearly say in my ear, “HAVE.” I popped awake and looked around my room, but no one was there except for my cat who was curled up against my side and completely unbothered. I was more startled than scared, so I laid back down and started to drift off again when I heard the voice a second time, except she was clearing her throat expectantly. I knew right then she had to be an ancestor on my mom’s side to have that much attitude and impatience with me. 🤣
I popped awake again and got the impression I was to speak aloud everything I wanted to have, so I did (very sleepily and half-incoherently) and then I was allowed to fall asleep undisturbed. When I woke in the morning, I felt like something that’s been preventing me from having everything I want has finally come unblocked thanks to a bit of divine intervention!
I’ve had several clairaudient experiences like this in my past, always as I’m about to fall asleep and usually right before a life-changing experience or breakthrough. I’m really excited for this one! ❤️
Agreed. If we are encountering a lot of road blocks that usually is calling for a shift that can be uneasy but will ultimately be for our higher good. We should welcome this change with open arms and let go of what we need to in order to let this happen.
