It seems lot of investors are buying. This reminds me of Harshad Mehta's time bull run in share market when all Tom, duck & Harry started buying the shares.

Well done, I am also his subscriber, and have observed he is biased on few things. I was also shocked itna diff kaise aa sakta h construction costing mein. Unke hisab se Noida meine kuch bhi acha nai h sab Gurgaon meine hi acha h which I think is incorrect both cities are good and both of them have their shortcomings.

1. Jobs, i see that most of the office space are empty. Go to any tech park. IT industry is down and will remain week for next 2 to 3 years.
Startup eco sysytem is down.
Most companies are opening officies in tier two cities.
Nor there is any manufacturing being set up in GGN. It is going to states like UP, gurrat, andhra.
GgN most population is job based. In that 1.5 lah ker sq yard ke plots or 13000 rs per sq feet k flats who can really buy as end user.
Malls are turning to ghost malls.
So GGN mai aisa kya hai that rates are increasing. Any knowlrdgable person please share your views.

He is sales person but on CZcams he acts like social person.
