Buffs to make Cypher viable:
- make his wires tether and detain enemies for 1.5s who trigger them, end the detain early if a teammate breaks the wire before the CC ends, the fact they have a 3s delay before concussing is kinda dumb since most players can break them within that time if they don’t kill it before getting caught. At least by making it a detain it becomes a strong 1v1 and anti-flank tool.
- Change his Neural Theft to use the same type of Reveal as his Camera Dart for a 3-4s duration after a 2 second wind up. His camera and Sova’s Owl Drone reveal for 6 and 5s and they’re basic utility that doesn’t require a Corpse. Since its an ultimate and has the added requirement of needing a dead enemy I think a team wide reveal on the enemy is fair. If they want to add counter play make it so the enemy team can shoot Cypher’s Hat to stop the effect.
He is better than keeoh paints him to be .... His buffs were enough. His utility is really really strong. Its just not for fast paced quick adhd kiddo plays : D
