Lol i cant help but see him as Discount store Ryan Gosling.
bwahahahaha!
leonthesleepy lol that's what my cousin said
he's better
They got him from rent a Gosling store.
He looks like a mashup of the most unattractive qualities of Ryan Gosling and Bradley Cooper.
The actor portraying Saxon is doing an amazing job. He looks terrifying.
The guy who plays Oliver is brilliant. I just wish they had more time for him to develop
hes like ryan gosling and david beckham's love child.
Trinity offered Dexter a similar ultimatum. And once again Dexter's urges and pride cost him everything.
He would literally be breaking his code.
This clip shows vividly what has happened to Dexter, the character. His nemesis is right in front of him, but he's just standing there fucking negotiating. The un-neutered Dex would have had a go at him without a second thought.
Great point. Dexter used to be relentless, his family made him soft.
It's a shame Saxon couldn't have been written better as a character. They literally recycled the ice truck killer/mystery man plot for this guy, and it sucked as a result. If they focused more on this creepy serial killer, and LESS on Hannah freaking McKay, then perhaps season 8 could've been much better.
I liked him and the ice truck thing was on purpose
I feel you on focusing too much on that boring ass Hannah... She was the worse character and her entire story should have ended when it did.... Never should have brought her back... Then to focus so much on her was like they were forcing her down our throats at every turn. Even having her stay with Deb.... Like are you serious!!
this is like when trinity told dex that they should disappear from each other's lives. dexter didn't listen then and rita died. dexter didn't listen another four seasons later and he lost someone else. he deserves to be alone in a cabin.
cuccamunga lol
And they would've been free to kill more people. Understandably Dexter couldn't let that happen.
He went against the truth because he threatened his family and Hannah beside he said it himself he gave a reason not to walk away beside he would’ve killed them even if he left just to hurt dexter.
Besides Saxon even when dexter capture him he should I don’t know kept him drugged or should’ve killed him besides it would’ve been helpful in preventing the ending even though that field marshal got in the way either option would have been better yet getting rid of the marshal should’ve have been step 1 then get rid of saxon
I love this show honey but I think when dexter complicates his life with other things it really make hair harder for him to over come these obstacles yet that uh should’ve taught dexter to be more flexible in certain scenarios beside it would have helped dexter since his life always got more complicated each time a new villain comes across dexters path.
I love this scene, and I love Saxon! He is one of my favorite killers!
He’s shite
But he killed Debra :(
@@karolina6692 true but debra acted like a hypocrite to with hannah she had her good and funny moments but with that side she lost me
@@furkanbozdag8198 Hannah poisoned and killed Deb’s boyfriend and poisoned tried to kill Deb
i wonder how stimulating it must be in dexter's writing room , the ideas they come up with are absolutely mind blowing my personal favorite was saxon being the brain surgeon, how inspired, such intensity at the moment, saxon has already killed zach and voguel it's hard not to see the point of adding these two characters in the show to begin with..
The ending was understandable, but I still wanted a happy ending. Poor Deb :'(
Darri Ingolfsson one of the best actors there is
The brain surgeon has been the most interestin enemy of dexter since the ice truck killer
My exact thoughts
Stop talking crazy.
No. Trinity was all time Best rival
The reason he wouldn't take Trinity's or Saxon's proposals, is because if he made that deal, he'd just kill the other person later anyway. Always easier to remove a threat.
This Ryan Goslink look-a-like deserves an Oscar for his acting.
Nah.
I'm giving you a choice. Go on with your life, or continue to insult me.
Lol
Bro is Oliver 💀
hope to see more of Darri Ingolfsson in movies :) hope Batman or james bond
writters: Lets skip 6 months forget about Laguerta cuz she was an main charcter and the last time ppl saw her she arrested Dexter forget about the script of Miami metro vs Dexter, lets bring back Hannah who is wanted and doesn't even change her looks and make Dexter a softy OooH and lets not make so many kills in this season cuz Dexter to busy with Hanna and Vogel.
No one thought it weird that Laguerta died right after she accused Dexter of being a murderer. Not to mention Dexter had no alibi.
????
the best scene in season 8
and the unique scene
no
I love this no matter what ppl say and to all my fellow viewers who fell the same, don't listen to all the haters.
thats Sylvia Prado from season 3, Miguel Prado's wife. she is a real estate agent
I have a proposal for you Saxon! You can continue as an unbelievable serial killer that no fan takes seriously...... Or you can walk away, you forget about this show and the fans forget about you!
"fan"
This guy is like dexter without a code
Oliver Saxon and the Trinity we're the greatest threats to Dexter and his life!
Saxon was one of the most evil and phsycotic Dexter villians.
Like killing your own mother just because she didn't choose him wtf that's just sick.
I wish Dexter was able to put him on the table but the pen stab was brutal
Season 8 is awesome stop the hating dexter was supposed to change the way this show is about and stop killing . its like seaon 4 . but trinity is saxon . and saxon as a killer is so far great . the finale will be awesome cant wait to see it .
Yes, but Trinity didn't know who Dexter really was. And now this guy is inside his house and Dexter is calmed as hell ... just WTF! o.O
Each year has been a movie length story with 12 climaxing events weaving and turning into the unknown. 8 movies (8-years) x12 with in each year of the greatest filming script righting acting ever! will be missed and yet kept forever.
Thanks' 'All good things...
Saxon has such wierd eyes!
he was the one i Hate the most
janavi fleites Then the writers did a good job because the final villain should be the one you hate most.
I thought that Brain Surgeon and Vogel as Psychopath whisperer were amazing ideas. But I did hope for Season 2 style of manhunt for Dexter. Vogel abandoned the police team after the first episode and after that, she only ever had interactions with Dexter. It felt like he got two Harrys. Not really too interesting. They hunt Dexter only in the last episodes, and not for being serial killer or any kind of murder, but just because he is helping a hot murderess. That's anticlimactic. At least for me
Behind every copy-cat there is a likehunter!
I am sad, that Vogel is dead.:( But Saxon is so great character!!!

season 1 was the best
Rishabh Chadha saison 2 and 4 ....10+++++....the end of season 8 .. soo badd... impossible happy end.. fucking happy end
2nd best season is season 2? 6 the worst?
Can't agree with that, but I hated Lila more than anyone in this show, so I may be biased.
Season 4 is also the best in my book, and I'm in the "season 3 was very good IMO, loved Miguel Prado even if the Skinner was a shitty villain.
I loved Oliver Saxon, my second favorite killer from "Dexter", but other than the parts about his character this season was shit.
Still, highest body count in the series, even more than Trinity or Dexter himself. Dunno why but I love the guy.
I would switch the note to season 5, loved Johnny Lee Miler as the Big Bad "Jordan Chase", the whole "bunch of childhood friends now kill together" was neat.
And Lumen was my favorite love interest after Rita.
Season 7, 8/10? It's the one I like the second less, despite Isaak Sirko being a great character.
Season 1 - 10/10
Season 2 - 9/10
Season 3 - 6/10

Season 8 wasn’t as bad as people make it out to be in my opinion
Looks like I’m not the only one who thinks “I can’t believe it’s not Ryan Gosling”
I didn't realize how creepy this guy looked until the age progression scene
Season 1:9/10

Season4:9/10
Season5:8.8/10
Season6:9.5/10(because of ddk)
Season7:8.9/10
Season8:9.4/10
ways to high, but i agree with the rankings of the points.
3 was so forgettable. 6 started off slow but ended strong. Same with 5, and the rest are pure gold.
I also think they gave Dexter a formidable foe for the last season. Saxon killed his own mom! Enough said.
Can we just take a moment and FREAK OUT ITS RETURNING IN 2021 FOR 10 EPISODES
Why is season 8 too high and way is it above s1-s4 and s7 and most of the seasons? Stupid ass take
Trinity would never give choice to Dexter. Hahahaha
The manhunt should've started from season 5.
Because Sylvia Prado (the "referee" Saxon referred to) is standing outside. She's the realtor helping Dexter sell his apartment. Watch the Promo.
this actually made me LOL
The guy playing Saxon was considered to play Rick Grimes in walking dead
The show is awesome.
A lot of you are hating on it, yet you still watch it. What the hell logic is that? Stop investing time into Dexter if you don't like it, seriously you guys are ridiculous lmao.
That's like if I sat there watching Glee going "man this show sucks! *sings along*"
i cant believe he's not ryan gosling
Only 2 episode's left.
the way it NEEDS to end: 1. Dexter will go after Saxon re: Vogel & to rid the world of a danger = the code. 2. He goes down in flames because of it. Either he dies doing so or finally gets caught & resigns to his fate.Hannah escapes& lives her life & his son gets raised by Debra= Dexters noble sacrifice. 3) Hannah is killed by Saxon & Dexter is caught after seeking revenge. After all, even though we find ourselves rooting for him he IS a predatory killer & dangerously outside the social norm...
Knowing these writers, definitely not out of the question.
just a last wink at beeing emotional is something he is capable of aaand yet couldnt let go of the he is a killler and alone theory...kinda halfway...
Great value Ryan Gosling
They said they filmed it in Astoria, which, as I remember from watching The Goonies, is in Oregon.
As much as I like the current season (that doesn't seem to be the common opinion), I love your idea. It would've been awesome if he were linked to LaGuerta and the season was a long chase, it would've been a lot more action as opposed to this seasons' tension.
The only good thing about Saxon's character is the crazy eyes. That actor can pull off the crazy eyes.
This would redeem season 8! Yes!
hes waaaaaayyyyyy better
This is the FINAL SEASON it should've gone that route but with him getting caught, his secret is revealed there's a whole manhunt for him etc. The Vogel story I was okay with at the beginning, until they had Saxon which is just a rehash of Brian, and this show rehashed the story in each season way too often, The Hannah, Argentina story was just ridiculous like he said, when I started watching Dexter that wasn't the kind of bullshit I was expecting.
The difference is that Glee has never been good, but Dexter was one of the best shows around for the first 4 and even 5 years. Having invested several years in the show and knowing how good it can be, I was hoping seasons 5-6 were just slumps that every show goes through, my expectations rose greatly with season 7 because its ending left many fruitful options for the finale. Of course I'm gonna watch it through now, but it became clear early on that they simply don't care.
Now that i think bout it this season isnt leading anywhere someone alive from previous seasons better come back
This could have been the best Dexter killer-his total foil. He has no code, no morals, no ethics, no attachments; he’s simply a psychopath. Which is what makes him so dangerous; he won’t hesitate to kill for the sake of killing. The writers really missed their chance in making Dexter end with a bang. Sigh
Though it would've been better had they committed this entire season to "hunt down Dexter" in which everyone has discovered Dexter's secret. That way Dexter could've gone out like a boss.
Trinity trumps all killers, he was the exact opposite of Dexter. Literally Dexter's Joker, so to speak
Bro how many phycopaths have been in that deam apartmen
Anyone serial killer who is related to Dexter is interesting.
you forgot trinity
Now that..would be a twist.
The saddest part of this whole thing is: Your "spoiler " isn't at all that farfetched; given the nature of this final season..... It makes me want to cry. ... Please... somebody hold me....tell me it's going to be okay.
Omg i just found out he's icelandic !
and he is my Cousin 😃
ps4 Gamer
All Icelandic folk are your cousins! lol
You can hear his accent coming out
Thank you! :D
How do people know it was Oregon? Was there a subtitle or something?
epic thumbnail lol
What? Serial Killers are known for their heightened intelligence xD
i always shut eyes-ears-and-nostrils when it comes to previews and spoilers, but this dex season drove me nuts, i could take any spoiler and not even care
That.. would be a TWIST!
The Marshall investigating Dexter sees Dexter dispose of Saxon's body. Dexter gets arrested and begs Debra to get some poison from Hanna to give to him because he hates jail. After a lot of her usual bitching, Debra eventually caves and confronts Hannah. Hannah brings the poison initially, but when faced with giving it to Debra, she refuses. The two girls fight (of course) and Debra prevails, killing Hanna. Debra brings the poison to Dexter and he commits suicide via poison.
Yesss
Why doesnt dexter just kill him right there. He's a trained hitman he would have won that fight easily.
Maybe he does, we'll just have to wait and se.
Saxon is trying to buy dexter's apartment, so the lady who's helping Dexter to sell it must be around there
It's okay. This was a good money maker,"while enter
taining ". ;)
Dexter comes after Saxon and Dexter get lost =))
They might have tried to get him but he turned them down or was just too expensive, just speculation, but it would have been awesome :D
Rita dies, Quinn suspects Dexter killed Rita and hires Liddy there are many times he should've been caught such as Quinn walking by Liddy's truck as Dexter kills him, fuckin' Deb caught Dexter and Lumen said the place would be surrounded by cops and they NEVER had the balls to go that route. The only reason Deb caught Dexter in season 6 was because people bitched so much about the season, they needed something to keep the viewers watching. Avoiding the plot was their biggest mistake
Anyone mad about this being a "spoiler" they show you just enough to make you think you know what's going to happen, it won't turn out that way. The next episodes looked good in the preview but we will see, it's the end of a great show so there will always be critics there's no great way to end it I just hope for Harrison's sake, dexter makes it out alive and well.
No show even close to DEXTER!
+Armv1987 Dexter was a mediocre show, if seasons 5, 6, and 7 didn't exist it would have been amazing
@@matheuspinto6008 Season 7 was great! I do agree about Seasons 5 and 6 being lower quality compared to the rest of the show.
@@matheuspinto6008 you mean season’s 5,6, and 8.
If oliver saxon killed deb in the finale then he might easily top trinity, brian and isaak.
Am i right?
agree
That was different.
He is a better Dexter, an evolved version if you will.
The Brain Surgeon is one the most fascinating serial killer in the show, the other being the Bay Harbor Butcher.
Because we spent 8 years with this show and many of us didnt actually start disliking it until this season, we are sure as shit going to see it through to the end no matter how bad it gets.....and its gotten pretty damn bad
two episodes left ? feels like the season didn't really get started
They did that for Series 7...
PICK CHOICE A DEXTER
Don't worry, the real ending is nothing stupid or weird. Dexter abandons his family to become a lumberjack in Oregon.
This season could have been great... They should have had a "Season 2" type season with a manhunt for Dexter... This Vogel/Saxan/Hannah/Deb/Argentina stuff is ridiculous...
Come at me, bro.
This clip is about a minute short.
Well, those psychopatic ones, yes. Dexter had that luck he was trained with a little sense for compassion that allowed him to chose to be humanlike in the end. And that will ultimately be the end of him I think...
Omg I don't know what he'll choose lol.
