If used right Hit is a very disrespectful character to play. He plays mind games with you and walks up on you like a mob boss coming for the final blow. You gotta love it 🤩
He's pretty tricky at first, but most of his combos follow the same basis. And the mind games you can play are just nuts. I've been maining hit for quite some time and I cant get over how fun he is.

It’s better that vanishing normally because u get more damage than a vanish conversion due to scaling also I rarely play so don’t know if it it but I assume it isn’t and u just time it idk 🤷♂️
As an added note, this doesn't work on some characters (I imagine both Brolys, Cooler, Buu and Janemba cuz bigger models but not sure, just what I've read). The whiff takes advantage of the bounce caused by Hit's Time Release. Since it is a pretty consistent tool to bounce you can do whiffs with auto combo follow up to continue comboing.

On the last hit of the move you have to vanish immediately in that frame otherwise he bounces up and you don’t whiff the vanish hit
