    Hello, thanks for the video. I have a question can the length of each veneer be customized, because my teeth go a bit upward on 1 side. some of my teeth need atleast a 3mm increase in length. Thank you.

    • @elitdentalclinic
      @elitdentalclinic  Před 2 lety

      Hi Kasper, yes the length can be customized as long as the original teeth sizes are not too short or the teeth of the opposite arch limit when biting.

      Hi, getting crowns or veneers for any of your teeth will not effect your exercises. If you do a sport like boxing, rugby etc.. then you may need a sports guard.

      Hi, thank you for the question. Zirconia crowns' lifespan is expected to be up to 15 years with good oral care. With the new zirconia crown production technology, they will better preserve the color and shape during its lifespan.

    Is Emax Zirconia overall better than classic Emax?

    • @elitdentalclinic
      @elitdentalclinic  Před 3 lety +5

      Hi, thank you for your comment. E.max is Lithium Disilicate glass, an all-ceramic system. It can be used in various ways. The important factor here is the material of zirconia.
      What we use for production is IPS e.max® ZirCAD Prime, made by German Brand - Ivoclar, which is the top brand of Zirconia Crowns in the global market. This is a one-disc solution as it is made of almost one layer. This material has Gradient Technology which offers a seamless progression of shade, translucency, and composition to provide premium esthetics combined with exceptional strength. Gradient Technology (GT), which is used in the production of IPS e.max
      ZirCAD Prime represents a new, unique type of manufacturing technique.
      When compared with old zirconia crowns, we can clearly say IPS e.max® ZirCAD Prime is better.

    My gnatologist told zirconium is not good for tempio mandibolare sistem and can even help jaw loss or bone break.. is this true?

    • @dentistkusadasi
      @dentistkusadasi Před 5 měsíci +1

      Hi, it's not true. If the bite isn't correct, then having weak restorations is an advantage. Because the weak restoration/crown can break and this protects the articulation. However, if the bite is wrong and the restoration is extra stong then this may lead to problems. In every circumstance, the bite must be well controlled.

      @@dentistkusadasiThank you v.m. for answer, very interesting🙏in fact, I don't believe him (he asked 20.000 euros for direct composite bonding with some teeth I have to estract included in price..😂) As I can understand, you don't make pure Emax crowns (from lithium disilicate), bit only veners? There was some clients who asked for full eMax lithium disilicate crowns on the implants or for full mouth vertical restoration? (I'm from Italy, here dentist often make it also as single implants, even for full mouth as well). What do you think about?

    Can the crowns be replaced if the client is not happy after bonding?

    • @elitdentalclinic
      @elitdentalclinic  Před 2 lety +6

      Hi Lily, thank you for this great question. It is of course possible to remove the crowns and replacing with the newly designed ones. But that would be a waste of material and time. However, no need to worry about this kind of an issue. We have the most suitable process to prevent such a situation. We first create 3d printed temporaries of the new designed teeth, so the patient can see how the new design look like inside the mouth. The patient can demand any kind of amendements at this point. After confirming the new design, we start to produce the actual zirconia crowns. This method is served by very few cosmetic dental clinics in Turkey, and we are proud to be one of them. Even before the cemantation, we place the non-bonded zirconia crowns to patient's mouth and show them the final result. There won't be any differences when the crowns are bonded. So, we always make sure our patient is happy before the cementation of the crowns. If our patient is not happy, we also can not be happy. That is why this process is very important to us. We hope this information is helpful :)
