The fact they made the nazi's theme hit with the powe of the self inflicted gunshot of hitler made me fall in love with this game!
Never have I ever played a game where one of the bosses was Hitler about to kill himself
nah its confirmed he already killed himself, he just is still in shock due to his arrival
@@Laikafan02 In other words, the player attacking Hitler only proves to Hitler the Soviets have arrived.
When the war crimes list takes an hour to get through.
Spamton on the villain wiki vibes
I'll never forget the first time I played this game, this was the boss I encountered. His first move after formless took place was headshot, and he killed himself with his first and only move. I absolutely fell in love with this game because of that~
wait, he can kill himself?
How'd you get this boss first? It's only on hard mode.
@@heyimlate5656 is it? Because I know I got him twice out of the 3 tries it took me to even get into hardmode. Roids being the other one I got.
@@vectormanforever Maybe they changed it. But he's originally a boss you only get in hard mode. Easy mode bosses - Roids, Hickory, Mobius, Orro. Hard mode - Trigger Fingers, Smoothskin, Char, Heaven, Osman.
@@heyimlate5656 they must have. Because I still remember the rotation I got.
First attempt. Trigger, then died to charrian
Second attempt. Roids, smoothskin, killed the corpse.
Third. Trigger, smoothskin, didn't kill corpse.
boyle and griffin: ah shit, here we go again
the music of the nazi chicken nugget is so good!
I don't know if its on purpose but the mood and theme I get from the song, when paired with the fight itself, is amazing.
The horns, especially in the beginning, being in time with the swaying of the watchful eyes of the dark, represent to me how this is a show for the beings in the shadows, something hilarious, amusing. To watch this man, who the game itself even describes as a coward and a whelp, try to use what's left of his power (his gun, obviously), and counting the wasted shots until its their time to pounce.
Then the bass. While really catchy and pairs surprisingly well with the traditional horns, represents to me the stress. The stress of Trigger Fingers. Where the hell is he? Is he even dead? He hears people (at least, he hopes they're people), but most likely the last time he heard people, it was the enemy, either trying to bust down the door, or giving him what he deserves. He probably knows he's being watched. But he's too afraid to see what it is, for if he died then what's waiting for him? What will he see?
As I write this I realize the bag on his head symbolizes (whether on purpose or not) the ignorance and blindness of Trigger Fingers and his ideology. Y'know. That one. Nudge nudge. Teehee.
Do you think that's why the beings in the dark find such amusement? They know what he once was? To put it in simple terms, a bully? An abuser of power who thought he would never be the one at someone else's mercy? Who never thought he would be a victim of someone else's power? They probably do. Or maybe they're just a bunch of assholes who got lucky to find an even bigger asshole.
The sound he makes when you encounter him is obviously him weeping. He knows its over for him. Whether he's in hell, or still alive on earth, he knows its over for him. His life is over and he will either rot in a cell, brutally executed, or be torn apart for the rest of his existence. But that arrogant part of him is still alive, that part of him that wishes for power. So he has his gun, as you hear him load it for probably the last time, he's probably out of ammo if he defeats your party, leaving him to the mercy of the audience he has gathered. Trigger Fingers wants to go down swinging, but his own power, even enhanced by his gun, is that of a weakling. A bird that's fallen out of their nest. A pathetic whelp. So his swings do nothing to save himself, because he was always dependent on something more powerful to bail him out. And maybe he knows this too, and is another reason for him to weep.
... Maybe I'm an asshole for looking into this too deeply. Or maybe I'm right? Or maybe me saying that I might be right makes me an asshole anyway? Hmm.
I don't even own this game I watched my friend play it on discord.
That’s me. I’m the friend on discord.
You encapsulated perfectly the whole feeling
i love this interpretation
HI BART
Hannah Arendt:
Boyle was the first to fall, slamming a knee into Trigger Finger's ribs and spine, before taking a second bullet to the brain and collapsing dead on the ground. Nowak was constricted in place, frail and wounded, he attacked with all he had, beating the utter shit out of Trigger Fingers before being mortally wounded by retributive blindfire. Hans was the only one remaining, the little polyp-y mass deftly dodging around the battlefield, pumping the overflow of blue pigment into his heals, looking for a moment to strike through the wall of bulletry. He found it, once, he slammed himself into TF's gut. Twice, he delivered a flying kick to his chest. The third and final time, a headbutt, dealing the last, singular chip of hp needed to bring TF down from the towering 3hp Nowak had left him at, to a humbling 0.
Yooooo good stuff as usual tea
nice
thats a story of a lifetime
Probably my favorite boss track in the game. When i first experienced this fight i had to sit back for a moment to listen to it for a moment only to notice the shadows grooving in synch with it. It's such a well presented fight.
Me too bro
Oh great it’s a potato sack with a hand gun and a large list of warcrimes…..
it just goes so hard
YOOOO, I also agree lol
Never thought i’d see you here btw love ya vids:)
Brutal Orchestra stream when?
Boom, headshot.
Admit it, you though it was a limbless torso at first.
I still think it is.
My friend thought it was a bear.
I thought he was a finger, like, a guy with a huge thumb for a head
I'm sincerely hoping we get some cool trivia for the bosses in the Brutal Orchestra wiki. I really want some hints at the lore behind Trigger Fingers.
Me too. Those eye balls are a mystery.
Actually before I go here’s a fun fact:
If any party member gets hit with headshot Trigger Fingers will deal over 1945 damage. 1945 is the date marking the end of WWll.
Why does Hitler's boss theme need to bop this hard?
@@vinceym8613 yes many nazis commited suicide to avoid trial his lore is probably just that in his lucid state nowak remebered a history class
@@cowlemgambino7721 I assumed it was terrorists or big time criminals that got him considering fingers' garb
It was the first boss it appeared to me, and I winned him on the first round.
He killed himself with the headshot.
I think if he appears before hard mode, he just lowtiergod's himself.
I am yet to encounter this guy, I’ll probably edit this when I do.
Edit: I encountered him and a couple of
Turns later he died to his own instakill move.
Good boss.
I really love this track, probably my favorite right after "Pain, Pain, Suffering, Pain"
Honestly he had one of the most interesting boss mechanics really cool design and ideas
What I'm most impressed about this game is just how much personality and character the enemies and especially bosses have with so little time to get introduced to them. Also very impressive how the music fits so well with their character too.
I've always wondered: how does trigger Fingers get behind the person for the headshot?
I always imagined he kinda grabbed them, in the chaos and dark.
@@TaliabobMair badass
@@TaliabobMair Maybe that explain why his special attack can kill him as well
He uses za warudo
@@ikramderokas Forgets which way the gun is pointed
the areas dances to his theme song. 11/10 game it should win every award.
finally, the track of my favorite boss!
The theme of "Headshot"
would moving to the wrong side of history be him moving left because its not the right side
Favorite boss theme
Just got brutal orchestra… no regrets
This boss is the reason why I like skittish
I went into the game entirely blind, I did not expect a nazi following his leader to be a boss, but it was a welcomed surprise. Like how his achievement is called "The Coward" too.
the steam trading card gets even better, heres the last exerpt from it
"As soon as he fires his final bullet, he is revealed for what he has always been - a pathetic whelp suckling from the tit of an ideology he never meant anything to.""
Is the bass a Luftrausers reference?
I'll ask Publio, but it is likely a coincidence, as I don't think he has played Luftrausers.
nope, it just naturally came out like that. never played Luftrausers 😂
Huh, that's really neat coincidnece then since both soundtracks share n4zi theme
@@vendidou Also, amazing job man, the entire soundtrack is great!
Somebody actually made a mashup of both songs
FINALLY got to fight this guy tonight and knew I had to look up this theme right after stream. How does this game have so many hidden bangers?
On the wrong side of history
also, since he's a nazi skeleton and what we see of his bones are red... does that make him Red Skull
2 minutes of pure perfection
This song sounds like im walking to my execution
boom! headshot!
boom! headshot!
boom! HEADSHOT!!
Hey wait; i just realized the main kinda beat besides the trumpet is based of the luftrausers theme, is that deliberate? If so, absolutely bravo
why does he wear a bag over his head, again? was he planning on robbing a bank in hell once he went there
Nope, just too much of a coward to even show his face
It's an execution technique. He used it on others, and now it's finally getting used on him, though he likely never expected the barrel to get turned on him.
It's sad that this is the easiest boss in the game. If they had a little more health than Roids, I'd think they'd be better.
I think it works out quite well him being by far the weakest, I once was able to damage rush him in one turn.
He's a weak, pathetic, person who never expected to ever get into a real fight. He used and abused his power given to him by a hateful and idiotic ideology, but in the end when the barrel finally got pointed at him he cracked like an egg. A fitting end to a bully and a coward.
@@cannonballking7 I mean yeah but gameplay is also important even if hitlers a total loser if he's a videogame boss you'd want to balance that out with making the bossfight good
@@griggorirasputin6555 small question here, but is it ever confirmed Trigger Fingers is Hitler? I am new to the game but as it seems for me he could just be a random Nazi general
@@Someguydraws I haven't even played the game, but I would assume it was hitler with the patheticness and suicide motifs, I'd check the wiki, it seems to go extremely indepth for some reason, I checked and there's a decoy wiki so be careful, use the WIKI GG one not fandom, I checked the wiki and it's supposed to be just a nazi general but it could be hitler.
Thank you for the reply, I was gonna just tell you to go check but I've been pleasantly reminded of this really cool song so I wanted to be grateful, thank you.
