My friends uncle used to ride one of these from Florida to Michigan every year. No windshield, no fairing just stock . He must have been a FREEKING BEAST !
My cuz would take his mums boyfriends cb 360 out when he was at work,I jump on pillion and we rode around town ( till police chased us - and let us get away) we were only 12 years old.nice bike there, sound bought back memories.cheers
Ironically, I bought a '71 CB 350 used around '78 or '79 while living in Pasadena, TX and going to school. It had the classic white and red gas tank, half and half, with trumpet type mufflers. I drove it back and forth on alternate weekends to DeQuincy, LA to visit my parents. I traveled light with no real luggage, since I had clothes already in DeQuincy. I would set it on about 55-60 mph, pulling over and letting it rest (and cool off) about midway through the trip at a roadside park. It made the trip fine but I felt rather "beat up" at the end of the trip since the bike was so light I could practically feel every bump. At the end of my school, coincidentally bought a '71 Chevy Nova from a local Chevrolet dealer. The bike was sold to a friend of mine and I lost track of it when I moved to New Orleans in January of 1981. 🏍
I had a 1970. My cousins husband gave to me . He said if I can get it running it was mine. Well I did & rode it all summer. My brother had a 72 cl 350. So he did help me trouble shoot it. Really nice smoothie running engine. 👍👍
What sickens me is how people get these in original condition and then chop, slop and destroy the original 🇯🇵 engineering by turning it into a cafe crapper ! The Japanese are superior engineers because if you weren’t doing your job, they just gave you the short sword and escorted you out back ! I have been restoring bikes for literally decades and just enjoy the design and engineering of these bikes. Sadly though, they are becoming rare as hens teeth lately !
My first street legal bike was a 1970 SL350 . Same engine as your bike but with different mufflers . I've seen a couple of these bikes restored and they bring top dollar . Your bike looks like new basically . Missing both side covers though . Is that because of the after market air filters ?

Holy crap, that's a long way on a 350 Honda w/ no windscreen.
I owned one of these in '72 and loved it. It got me everywhere. Wish I hadn't sold it. Still looking for another in the classic original gold.
I just refreshed my uncles 350 scrambler his original bike he purchased after Vietnam.
Classic beautiful Steel and aluminum!
Love the 350s! Really fun power to weight ratio, packs a punch with those two little cylinders
Sounds great! I remember in the 60's when these came out what a hot (and oil tight) bikes these were. Good memories.
I loved that bike. thanks for posting.
Beautiful bike!

I own the latest gen cb350 and damn the new one is a proper reiteration of this classic baby. Even the sound is pretty much the same.

Dang if their is possible I would be glad to exchange my new cb350 to that
The side covers are missing probably because of the NOT original carburettor ends
Hioshiro Honda's favorite bike CB 350 but 4 cylinders
Great transportation for young riders. Ken off the subject but could you try to review the new Kawasaki 900?
