I just booked a stay here and the deciding factor was your video! Thank you so much!! One thing, drops bar you said was included but there were prices on the menu you showed. Are only some things included?

We stayed there last November and are going back this November - we love it. The resort has some people such as the time share people who have to pay for meals, hence the prices. We added a small tip to the bill you sign as the service is so good, but there is otherwise no charge.

You seem to have had a charmed experience. Some of the things people complain about in reviews didn't seem to be a problem for you. Did the front desk staff try to rope you into a "membership"/timeshare presentation before giving you your bracelets? Many people report being harassed to attend a membership presentation. I'd love to hear your experience. Also, were you offered a welcome drink or did you have to request it? Some reviews say there was no welcome drink. I also noticed that you received a pillow menu. Was that available in your room, or did you have to request it? Thanks so much for your wonderful video.

We received our bracelets then were approached by the timeshare people. We gave them a firm "not interested" and we were not interested in their freebee offers and they left us alone. I believe we were offered sparkling wine on arrival, but the bar is right there also. The pillow menu is beside your room phone to order. The poster had so much to cover he didn't mention the wonderful pizza and amazing appetisers at the Blend bar, the gathering place for evenings of music.

Is it hard to get a pool side lounge chair? Is there the usual lounge chair games? You said you can eat dinner at the pool life restaurant is that correct? I’m slightly worried about dinner options.

Thanks for watching! We didn’t have issues getting a lounge chair, but we were there at an off peak time. Yes the La Brise the poolside restaurant does serve dinner.
