When you think about it, he was just an ordinary guy, but then a girl died because of a rollercoaster he built didn't function properly, so now everyone mistook him for a bad person and I guess that made him angry, then Diane died from the car crash and that turned him into a depressed and angry man, then Mya died from falling off the roof and he blamed Aaron for it and from what I think trapped him in his basement and kept him there as a "punishment". Also Diane is his wife. Aaron is his son. And Mya is his daughter.
Man I feel bad for that guy no wonder why he is mad all the time he lost his wife and his very young daughter but thanks for showing us his backstory. He ain’t a monster he just misunderstood before his family was dead he was having a good life with his family but ever since they died he was not himself but still very sad he went thru a lot of trauma.

I am very sorry for the neighbor because he was kind and now he is depressed and does not want to be left alone without his son and he is trying with all his might to protect his son and not let him escape

I think hello neighbor 2 happens a few months after the second chapter of the first game, because the kid is still young but we don't see nicky anywere because he's dealing without succes with the trauma that was being kidnapped, it doesn't happen in chapter 3 because nicky was a wrong up Man at that point so Aron( the neighbor's kid) would also be grown up

Poor Mr.Peterson. He just doesn't want to lose his only family member now. I wish they hadn't move to Raven Brooks. Why? Because it wouldn't happen, if they haven't move to Raven Brooks.
I feel so bad for Mr. Peterson's life that I started crying, it's not just a horror game, he's portrayed as a villain, but in fact he doesn't want to lose anyone else in his family. 😢
My main idea is, that Mr.Peterson isn't really the villain the kids see him as The series is form the kids pov, so of course they will misunderstand what they see

in real life after wife death Aaron was going insane and was mad and angry at sister when they playing hide and seek Mya got to the roof to pick her doll but Aaron was angry at her very much and accidentally push her so she fell from the roof from the high place so she didn't survive and died after the incident
