1. Forget Wifi on the phone then reconnect
2. Hard Reset
3. Reboot router
4. Connect to different wifi or mobile hotspot
5. Contact Internet Provider
6. Firmware reset

Yes - finally! Apparently the updated firmware for the Sync 2 module is defective. A firmware reset got mine back online. Blink support is horrible,
