Hey! If you adjust the hoping station to be closer to 90 degrees( 70 ish is what I do) the t-shirt lays more natural like when being worn/ gets rid of wrinkles/ centers it self. Keep up the hard work
I would love to see how you edit your videos because I want to set up a CZcams channel and have NO IDEA at all how to edit. Haha. I love the idea of bringing appliqué to show for custom orders but I would still bring all your inventory and I saw another person comment to bring iron on embroidery patches and I think that is a great idea!! Different price point items help sales at markets too. Love your videos!! 💖
Editing and filming are definitely things you have to work on and get used to haha! I don't have time this week to work on the iron on patches but that's definitely something I've been thinking about making I just haven't gotten the time to! Thank you as always :)

I'm glad I got the mirror too! It's kind of funny and you'll see it in the next video but the part to hang the mirror was actually broken so I had to improvise lol. I'll need to cut some vinyl that's a great idea to put my logo I hadn't thought of that!! I'm still on the fence about changing it because I get mixed feedback about it but I'll definitely stick with it until I've got enough saved up to change all the things I would need to legally/branding wise. Capcut is good I use it for editing short videos but I've never tried their desktop version. I use Premiere Pro which is a little more intense but I love Capcut it's very user friendly. I am doing a show soon after over a year off of doing them, I am taking a leap back in and hopefully it goes well this time. But I think it is a good idea to do samples of what you can make personalized. I was thinking the exact same thing yesterday, maybe if I put a couple of sample of what I can do I might get orders? New customers?

Great video… love the idea of the editing video, i think showing how much work you put into editing is another great feature you could share on your channel. A lot of people who haven’t ever edited have no clue that it really is a very time consuming process. My husbands edits for hours and hours every day to keep up our other main channel. You do so many things I am so impressed that you accomplish it all and it’s always done so well. Now as for the guy asking you if you are alone. I want to make two suggestions. NEVER tell a guy you are alone no matter how non threatening you think he is. Im sure all of the women who end up kidnapped or worse thought the people who did awful things to them were non threatening… Very scary that someone would ask you this. I think you need to have a response ready for any time that happens. I would say something like “My husband went to find a bathroom, he will be right back”. That way if the person does have bad intentions they aren’t truly sure if there is someone there with you. I might also suggest carrying some pepper spray or something like this in your pocket when you are loading your car and perhaps put one of those things on your keychain that if you pull the pin out it makes a loud shrill noise to scare off attackers. Since you probably have your keys handy when loading a car it might be another safety measure to take. Just thoughts I had, I have watched way too many true crime shows to trust that people always have good intentions . Good luck this weekend in Jax.. Yes editing takes up more time than filming for sure lol he can definitely relate to me!! Thankfully I've gotten a little bit better each time so I am a little faster than I use to be at editing but it still takes me probably 10+ hours a week for one video which seems crazy. That's why I'm a little bit upset that people have been upset about my song choices/audio because I really do take a lot of time picking the right songs, editing the volume, voiceovers, the whole deal so I feel bad that some people are not enjoying that aspect or think it is not done well. Editing is a tricky thing that I'm always working on improving. Thankfully in this situation I was in a well lit area with friends nearby so I didn't feel like I was in too much of a weird situation. Thankfully I've never had someone ask before lol. I used to be hardcore into true crime stuff but I think it made me too bummed out so I stopped being into it. I think it mostly started when I would go on walks by myself in the neighborhood (pre-kids) and I would be listening to a true crime podcast and then freak myself out lol. I'm definitely going to try to advertise the custom stuff really hard this weekend!!
If I may ask how do you know what sizes to make? Which ones you have more customers for? I ask because I worry that if I make a certain size I won’t be able to sell in that size and then that shirt or sweatshirt can’t be used anymore or made into something else. I struggle with that.
That's definitely a difficult aspect of ordering sizes. I typically try to order more S-L than I do of XL-3X. I thought originally it would be the opposite because I personally like to size up in things so when I first started out I would order more of the larger sizes. I have noticed at my markets that I tend to sell more of the S-L than any other sizes but it's always a gamble for sure. I would definitely buy more of those though than the larger ones. I would still have the larger sizes available but not in the same quantity. This is just my experience though it can definitely change based on location/audience! Hope that helps!

Have you thought about making iron on patches to sell? That would add another product to your shop but not use up your apparel.
