Thanks! It's tricky, but definitely building up your running base/adaptation and starting small. Good recovery techniques like stretching, foam rolling, sleep, nutrition and ice baths help a lot.

Nice vlog Caleb! I want to do more trail running but every time I do I’m sore for a week and it messes up my training. Any tips for managing both?
