Isn’t it that Messiah won’t come until/unless we make teshuvah?
Mashiach can come before we do Teshuvah. If we do Teshuvah then Mashiach will come with mercy. If we don't do Teshuvah then Mashiach WILL come, but that can be with a lot of judgments
