Annie's BarkBox toys brings out her happy nature!

Annie came to us as a stray who was clearly very injured. She and her "sister," Miley were found on the notorious 8 Mile road bordering Detroit and South Warren in Michigan. It was evident these dogs had a rough start in life - and now they have the best dog loving human's can offer!
Annie's tibia was completely splintered into two pieces. Probably hit by a car. She required nearly a foot long metal plate and 10 screws to piece her back together. After months of recovery, she's using her leg like a champ and even runs. Her adoptive mom says, the only negative she sees is that with the large amount of metal in her leg, Annie seems more bothered on really cold days. They're moving to Florida however, so Annie won't have to worry about that much longer!
Annie was really shy and insecure when we first met. A month in to recovery and a whole big bucket of BarkBox toys, brought Annie's playful side out for us to see.
