It's been several years I live in Nepal. One year ago I started this CZcams channel, in order to promote Nepal. As it's the anniversary of the channel I wanted to offer you this video in which I answer the question.
How did I come here, what was my first impression, when did I decide to put my suitcase here and embrace this country and its cultures.

I live in Bordeaux, France and I’ve met many French people who’ve travelled many times in Nepal. I feel very happy, when they explain me how they miss our country, the mountains, our foods, culture and people, they really want to settle in Nepal.

2015 was the changing year for Nepal. I think the 2015 earthquake and other events that followed it separated one era from another. Before and after 2015 were totally different things. People started to care more about the country. I personally experienced the changes that happened after 2015. I don't know if those changes in people's minds would have happened if there wasn't an earthquake.

I appreciate your effort , Dai. Since I was born into a Newar family and have always enjoyed jatras, I was so moved by your that got tears on my eyes unknowingly. I greatly miss my hometown thimi. After watching videos, I started missing home. I wish Nepal had competent leaders and more possibilities so that young people like me wouldn't need to travel overseas.
