One-legged broad jumps are good. You can keep doing them one after another on the same leg. Fun and challenging. Just make sure you're not fatigued because bringing that leg forward mid-air can be tricky.
dude all ive done is jump and some general leg strength work for the last two months and i went from inconsistently rim grazing to being able to consistently hit dunks and today i was even able to get some slam finishes
my ceiling is 9'9 and 10'5ft high which I could barely touch the 10'5 higher rn with my max vert but the space of our house is small but I still can manage to train inside my house
This is why Max Effort Jump is always at the top for core exercises to do right after warming up regardless if it's Strength Day or Plyos Day for me.
This Guy!!! Just like Matt McClung, a Future NBA Slam Dunk Contest Winner 🏆!!!

My ceiling is only 9ft so I can't do this😢
try to get your whole hand on the ceiling, if its too easy, get your elbow
Try to hit your head on the ceiling
