SY is my favorite faction. By far. But honestly IDK how the fuck thought that needed so many buffs. Another BC where we"ll need to revert the buffs

It does need many buffs but i agree some cards were not needed to be buffed that were on this balance council
I believe that Bank, Candle and Mercenary Contract are now in the right spot. Brawler’s should be reverted. Novigrad and Acherontia should get a provision nerf. Ixora should get a power nerf as well as Casimir.
