If your loading equipment on and off the trailer, it rocks the trailer and tow vehicle back and forth. That put’s stress on the parking paw on the transmission, axles and driveshaft of the tow vehicle. Chocking the wheels and putting the parking brake on will help. New to the channel and find it very interesting ! 👍

New to the channel but loving the vids. Glad to see when you walk up to your crews you get the real attitudes of workers. So many time on the channels you got the crews acting and pretending that the jobs are so easy and everyone is so happy and rainbows and butterflies. Not reality! The work is hard and draining and is just nice to see some real crews. Not reality crews. Keep it up. God bless.

I've heard some of your previous comments regarding "risk" issues. Yes, the blocking of the wheels should be a habit. I worked in Healthcare for 35 plus years, and we dealt with "risk" issues every day in our decisions. The 2 most important things in our day to day operations were training and communication. Those employees with the trailer should be applauded for being consistent in the chalking of the tires. Also, on this day of youtube and the sue happy environment, anything recorded could come back to bite you in the case of "incident ". Not hating, just offering some of my observations.

Chalk the wheels if your walking equipment on and off the trailer. . Those park pins in the transmission can bust.. rather them chalk it then not.. Just saying lol Also looks good that your crew takes care and walks around the trailer before leaving a site.
Here in Canada the big Pipeline outfits make us put a cone on the passenger side of the truck, so it forces us to walk back and check nothing is around the vehicle, ect.

It’s Very Smart to chock wheels EVERY time! You should not ever criticize employees for being safe. It only protects you from liability. Doing it on EVERY stop takes away any judgement calls. Also if they need to leave they can unhook if needed. Holly is awesome!

These kind of customers ruined me cause the 1st time I said no to a "since your already here " job I got bashed on Facebook and from then on I was so scared of saying no so I'd just do it all for them and sometimes they still bitched I honestly believe there are more shity homeowners than shity contractors
We started using LMN, its decent, not great but decent. They just increased rates to the point I'm thinking of switching to aspire. Have heard nothing but bad things about co-pilot
We are leaning toward service auto pilot. not sure what to do honestly

I am not sure if i would get on the Mike Andes plan. I have seen some people say his programs work well and others say run the other way! I think you have a Great operation over there. Nothing crazy but a decent amount of steady work and some good employees. I dont think you need any outside companies telling you what to do. I have seen enough of your posts to think you have a handle on things.
We were just going after the software to essentially help us with job hours/Sq footage/estimates. But it wasn't for us. Thanks for watching!

This is actually a pretty cool channel I mean you're down to earth 🌎 person who drives an expensive nice truck with air conditioning dating one of you're employees, you got a guy who follows you around with a camera. I know last that has a bad back from playing golf 😂.Last winter was very mellow I know you put a lot of salt down but didn't drop many blades, And your crews are not to bad of worker's when it comes to building retaining walls, i wish you were in my area I would hire you're crew in a minute but I'm from Ohio In a little town that is known for something big that happened in 1969. I'm going to give you guys a little bit of time to try to guess the name of the town and what it is known for. It has a museum in the town it's right off of I -75.. I just started watching your channel like maybe a month or so ago.
