The bontrager comp 5 is aluminium inside wrapped around by so call carbon. Hence the heavy weight. Water traps inside if you wash the wheel. Make sure you let the water out through the small hole. Really bad design by bontrager.

Fast delivery: It arrived 5 weeks earlier than expected.4. Easy assemblyJust a few cons but nothing major:1. Cheap tin tubes and had flat on first day... but not a big deal. I replaced the tubes.2. Seat is a bit uncomfortable but that's pretty much the same situation with most bikes.3. Seat post is a bit long/high for a smaller size 48 bike - had to saw 2 inch off to fit properly. The lowest setting is too high. The post locking system does not seem to hold well (perhaps because I saw 2 inch off).4. wheels are not tubeless compatible (from what I can tell)

I can see Trek hasn't given you bottle cage bolts/screws along. Pretty poor. So you needed to buy screws from a store to get bottle nr 2 with you on rides. Thank God, that there was screws/bolts in the seatpost og a chain on the bike or tires on. How can the store or Trek deliver a bike without screws for bottle nr 2? So the whole Trek team in the great races in Europe, had to get their mechanic go online and order 50 bolts for the bottle nr 2? They couldn't get on a ride before that? I friends bike had no bolts and tried to screw in a normal one, purchased from a store. I had to let go. Only 6-8 mm and there was a stop. I haven't asked him what then happened. I didn't wanna ruin the hole/carbon. Id didn't at that time seem to be fit with a normal size bottle cage screw.
