Yes we figured that when you tighten the screws it holds them on, thanks for your help, couldn't have go them done in time to take the kayaks to the river! Thankyou
Hi, i have a fiat multipla and my roofbars didn't come with a seperate box but my car has fixed points, i cant seem to see any other screws/bolts/nuts in the box, any help? (PS i need a response fairly quickly e.g. next couple of days as i am going on holiday soon and want to take bikes and kayaks)
Ok, thanks, what is the "conventional way"? A friend helped me assemble the roof racks and he said that they looked as if they just sit on top- no screws and they rest under the door frame, i thought this would be unstable but i don't know. The instructions aren't very clear.

Omg ! The guy sounds really tired and no enthusiasm in his work. Video quality is awful and the noise in the background doesn’t help at all.
