Ffion is a HUGE role model for me and many other women and men I'm sure. I really loved the interview James, and how you enabled Ffions' beautiful humble personality to shine. I loved the direction the interview went where you seemed to fascilitate opening Ffions' mind to her value and business opportunities. Great podcast, you managed to bring her character out, some of the others ones I have seen of her were more flat. Maybe rolling with her before it was a good start. Whenever she tried to divert away from her achievements etc you did a good job of steering it back on track.

Just fyi about the guy who ipponed his student. It was a kid that was killed and the Sensei actually did it something like 40 times and got other older students to throw the kid. He complained that he was in pain and was thrown more, then he vomited and was thrown more. The poor kid was thrown until he lost consciousness then died
