  • I’m pleased to announce my latest design the Porsche 911 GT3 R in red and black colour scheme! Porsche has completely redesigned the Porsche from the bottom up, and the look of the model was far different than any Porsche from the past.
    Instructions avail!

Harmonious shapes emphasize the heritage of the 911 and combine it with sophisticated efficiency. Functionality is paramount.
The body is made of particularly lightweight carbon to reduce vehicle weight even further.
With its increased displacement the heart of the vehicle - the water-cooled six-cylinder naturally aspirated boxer engine - can achieve up to 416 kW (565 hp).
Its purpose is clear: race to win.
This design is loaded with functions, 6 speed gearbox with neutral and reverse (thanks ANTO!) HOG with working steering wheel, 5 suspension heights with 3 of the heights having torsion bar, lockable doors, opening trunk, inline 6 engine linked to a gearbox and working paddle shifter!
Available in both Black with red trim and full Red Exterior, all parts avail from Lego! ( I used the 2x13 wheel arches for this build)
Black part list link below: (which is much cheaper than the red version)

Great build! Rear wing might need to be abit taller tho?

Yes I was using cheaper parts for the build and didn’t use 5L black axles. But I did mod it higher myself and it seems a bit closer to the real thing. Good catch

Oh what!? I've never seen those gear box parts. Which set did they come in? They must be quite new, right?

Yamaha MT-10 SP 42159-1 gearbox parts. They’re new, I presume they will be used in the new McLaren 1:8 set coming out this fall.
