- Foreigners travel to India, from Mysore to Murudeshwar and then onto Gokarna...but it all becomes a bit too much, we explain all in this video
In this video we take recommendations from our good friend and fellow vlogger Kas who spent 3 years solo travelling India, here is her channel / @travellingyoginikas7682

OUR JACKERY POWERBANK
We are in fact travelling with a Jackery Explorer 1000 and we LOVE IT! Does what we need. But Jackery have just brought out the NEW Jackery Solar Generator 1500 Pro - which is more powerful and it's quicker charging too. Here are the links to check it out:

Our overall plan in India is to travel via rickshaw/tuk tuk from the South to North (if it's possible?) The next leg of our journey is to travel the rest of the way through Karnataka and then up to Maharashta
We feel like we have only just arrived in India, after a crazy time back home doing van life and living full time in our camper van conversion for two years in the UK. But after some serious engine problems that cost us a fortune, we came to India on a mission to honour Liam's Grandad's legacy who sadly died earlier this year. With the inheritance money Liam got from that, we bought the tuk tuk and named it after Liam's Grandad.

It feels this way in India 🙏☮️
Thank you so much for taking me on an incredible journey of India with you! I’m loving every moment ❤❤❤
Thank you. Your videos are helping me to understand why my brother moved to India and stayed there for 17 years. We lost touch with him and he died there. Enjoy your adventures while you can. ilona
Sorry to hear about your brother. Didn't think I would see you here meanqueen I am one of your followers. I love happy days ❤️ great you are following them too 😂
@@sherimillman53 Hello Sheri. I have been following Liam and Janine for a while. I like learning about different lifestyles. People who have adventures are inspiring.
India is incredible, Indian food is incredible and the people are fantastic. Congrats on your subscribers very well deserved😀
Thank you so much 😀
Oh WOW WOW WOW. THANK YOU Sooooo MUCH for mentioning me on this vlog!!!! Ohhh bless you both. It was AMAZING to see Parvati on your video whooop. I'm as high as a kite now lol 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀 Yes Parvati does do the best thalis in India for sure 👌👍😃 Her home is so authentic and humble and I can't wait to go back and be her house mate again ❤
I always had AMAZING times on OM beach and I love your drone shots of the OM ❤
I went to Coorg on a v special day. Re my dad's death anniversary. We used the Kaveri River water at his ceremony. (my namesake River).
I went to the Shiva statue on my birthday. So yer I have a lot of resonance with this vlog. And thank you again for the special mention.
Namaste and Blessings
Kas ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Amazing
@@Rahul_ke thanku. It was me who lived in Parvati's homestay for one year during lockdown and she cooked me the most DELICIOUS thalis 😋
As an Indian who has lived in UK for 6 years and driven in India and UK, I do have to say mate you got big balls driving rickshaw in India. Glad to see you are enjoying my country. I wish you guys well and stay safe.
Loved the huge shrine of Sheba just emerging in the beautiful night sky. It’s amazing how around every corner in India there is something unexpected but truly wonderful! Indian people are just so warm and kind, salt of the earth type.
It’s Shiva, not Sheba!!
@@paromita10 my apologies Shiva 🙏
@@loobyt8692 that's totally fine, it's the intention which matters. 🙏
If it's getting too hot in South India, you can go to Himalayan regions like Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh. They are very popular summer destinations. For example, Shimla in Himachal Pradesh used to be the summer capital of British Raj. You'd unfortunately have to leave Pete temporarily though and take Trains or Flights.
I m from Himachal...
Outer state people still think only Shimla is tourist place in Himachal Pradesh 😂😂😂😂and recommend like that you known
too much about Himachal 😂😂😂
@@rajatthakur8452 Nah bro. I would've recommended Spiti Valley or Dalhousie too. Btw, is the tourist season going well there? What other places would you like to recommend for visiting?
There are plenty of absolute cold hills stations in Southern India as well, unless you are not aware about those places. Not just Himachal and Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, North Bengal region of West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur and Meghalaya States of India also witness heavy snowfalls.
Skip Goa, head for hills before you melt 😂
@@misstrekfreak Don't Skip Goa State. South Goa District of Goa State is famous for Lush Green Forests, Waterfalls and Hills, incase if you are not aware.
Go to north east india see how diverse india is. it's cooler there. You have 7 states then Himachal pradesh to explore and can come back to the plains by Oct.. will get hot 🔥 real hot driving open rickshaw with hot air blowing isn't the best way to drive during summer. Best of luck
Oh wow you’re over 100k followers congratulations 🎉 Seeing deserted beaches like this, makes sense to consider coming back to U.K. and continue the next leg of your journey later on in life year. Don’t want you guys being poorly in that heat. Great video take care- We love 💕 India 🇮🇳🤗🥰
Much as I am loving watching you in India if the heat etc will get too much for you perhaps you could consider doing India in two visits instead of all at once? Do the second half next winter. Whatever you decide this series has been fabulous. I'm so glad you did it and took us along for the (sometimes bumpy) ride.
Yes entire India except for hill stations is facing very harsh summer.... Like we can't really tolerate heat even as an Indian then how could they be
@@creativethinkers3214 Incorrect Information. Currently many parts of India witnessing heavy rainfall. Check Weather updates before commenting.
There are so many snow capped Himalayan Mountainous regions in India where you can still now witness snowfall and shine chilling cold. Those region of India is famous for Mountain Peaks, Hills, Glaciers, Frozen Lakes, Waterfalls, Rivers, Valleys and Cold Desert. Certainly won't be recommended anyone to travel there with Tuk Tuk Rishshaw.
Go to himalayan state for 3 -4months and see the beauty of himalaya ,culture ,food and people and then continue our journey of southern state
You Guys are taking CZcams Bloggs to a whole new level well done 👏 and thank you.
Awesome video thanks guys. Congratulations on reaching over 100 k subscribers. You have worked so hard producing top notch content so thoroughly deserved imo.
Safe journey. Stay safe. Stay happy and stay blessed 😊❤
Hello from the UK 🙋♀️ I have been to these places and it makes me extremely happy seeing your videos Liam & Janine!
Monsoon is quite severe in the coastal areas, so be careful. Enjoy the most before it hits 🧡💙
Glad you like them!
Great video of colourful sights and sounds and underlying peace. Didn't think young cows would eat pineapple so enthusiastically ❤. That was lovely to see. I'm feeling the heat from you now. It will surely direct your decisions.
Felt good to see the almighty Shivaji towering benevolently over you.
Safe and cool travels going forward.❤❤❤
Love these Vlogs you two, so much better than any travel series produced by so called professional crews, really looking forward to the next episode in your adventures, take care and enjoy every magical moment x

Thankyou for bringing a huge ray of sunshine into my u.k. winter . I look forward to watching your well crafted videos , wherever you are .
You both do an amazing job showing the different areas. Great job with music selection and drone shots. Bummer for the heat. Stay hydrated.
You two are blessed to see Murudeshwar. You are exposing yourself to heat. Be careful. Keep yourselves hydrated. Good luck to whatever you decide.
Wonderful presentation as always..Raw & Real.Congrats@Those Happy Days❤
Thank you for the amazing gift you’ve given us by recording your travels and the amazing people and places in India. I know for myself having lived through long hot, humid weather, plus the rainy seasons in Mexico once for two years that returning back home in New York state was a beautiful fresh air gift especially, with the seasonal changes, and I truly loved autumn and winter that year. Maybe you can come back to India for a second journey in the best season for traveling. Great good luck with your big decision. ❤🙏🏼🌈💟☮️❤
Maybe that's the best idea, you are right ✅️
Hola 👋 from southern New Mexico... What an awesome vlog. Where ever you visit I'll be watching. Thanks for sharing and Angels all around you and Pete.
Congratulations over 100k subscribers Liam and Janine, absolutely loving all your content, safe travels, wishing all the best

Liam and Janine I always look forward to your video. I've been bowled over by all the wonderful places you have visited the warm welcome and support from locals. Not forgetting the delicious food. ❤
India is definately the top of my list to visit. ❤
So good to hear thank you 😊
Another beautiful video! I don’t know how you cope with the heat! Thank you for giving us such a beautiful insight to India❤
Great stuff, you cool Dudes 🙏👏👏
Another bucket list video guys xx
Congratulations on making it to 100k subscribers.
I’d love to see Goa in the quiet season, your viewers would love anywhere you take us along I’m sure. Make your plans based on your own comfort though, if it’s getting too hot spend some time right by the coast or in the hills where it’s cooler.
I thought you were going to say you were going to come home. But honestly guys, you have dealt with so many challenges and have dealt with them magnificently. Try to keep with it so you have no regrets. That said, you must be safe. Your safety is paramount, so please don't put yourself in danger. Bloody loved your journey through India. Stay safe and there is no shame in calling it quits now. You have achieved so much.
Gokarna is a fascinating temple town with lots of interest apart from the beaches...I was there for some time in February with a much better temperature and caught the Shivaratri Festival which was great fun, colourful, noisy and beautifully crazy! There are great trails across the headland that link the beaches but maybe not in April!
Enjoying following your adventure specially now I'm back in Scotland..!! Have fun.
Beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing
You are so welcome!
That was amazing guys ,thanks for sharing looking forward to see you soon take care ❤xx
Yes it's time to decide when and where your wonderful tour will finish, good luck with the heat both of you.
Another great experience. Thank you for sharing ❤
Absolutely loving your journey and adventures, thank you
Our pleasure! Thanks for joining us
Fantastic vlog.
Wow! filming and editing of this video is outstanding! That's saying something considering all your videos are exceptional. Many thanks.
Thanks so much, really appreciate the feedback ❤️
I remember to also having to change my travel plans when travelling India due to the heat, you gotta roll ahead of the heat wave to be comfortable. I spent may in Rishikesh which was bearable hot and Dharamshala which was very pleasant. Its quite a long way away for you and north might be too hilly for Pete so I guess you will have to weigh your options. Love your videos guys, always making me very jealous about the food you are eating!
You know, the real India probably doesn't revolve only around the tourist season. So what if the heat keeps the tourists away, and the beaches are deserted. That is India too. It seems to me that the places where you have the best interactions with the Indian people are where the tourists are not.
I grew up in a small seaside town in Wide Bar (area) in Queensland (Australia) in the 70's. The defining moments of growing up in this area was not the tourist seasons, Sure, tourism was very important for the local economy, but it was the day to day struggles and triumphs that defined that place for me.
You guys are not going anywhere ….. YOU GUYS ARE HONORARY INDIAN CITIZENS now 💪🏿🇮🇳😍 !! We love you !!
Hi Guys, my name is Sundar , watching all of your videos from Berlin Germany. I am happy that you are meeting nice people and enjoying your trip except you chose to be there in peak summer time . Take care of you. Don’t rush… take enough rest and move on. Best wishes from Berlin.
Safety first always !!
Part of my Sunday routine, love watching what’s unfolding next, best wishes, and get some sunscreen on!
Such nice holiday vibes ! Enjoy Goa then
Accidentally Went To Murudeshwara 😃 Wow You're Lucky And Blessed And Have A Great And Safe Journeys😍❤️🌞
Another brilliant vlog. Can't wait to see where you end up next
Big Decisions afoot
Guys you're here to have a good time.. no need to fight the summer heat..
Do whats best for you..
Congrats to you both on passing 100k, definitely full steam ahead now 😎 I think it's time to start travelling north guys, April weather in the north of India is like UK summer.
It's potentially a very good idea
North meaning Sikkim, Himachal, Kashmir.
Def not Punjab, Delhi, etc where heat will be extreme
@@glassceiling10 I hear there's a heatwave even around Dehli/Punjab? Normally April weather is very bearable.
@@gss6531 Been unbearable for the last 5-6 years. Global warming
Please do your research when people say north. North India has extremely hot places and cool places in summer.
Another great video, i live in south Florida (born & raised) so I know Hot! Also waiting for our Hurricane season starting June 1. Thank you again for sharing your adventures.
Coorg is called here as scotland of india..
Sorry to say now u understand why car is better than auto because car has AC so u can feel comfortable. indian Summer is bad and its between March to june.
Ww avoid AC as much as we can if possible
@@ThoseHappyDays thats a very good decision
You guys are putting yourself at great risk by driving auto. It's not meant for this purpose, stop doing it. Better use a car or get into a bus.
Auto is meant only for city rides and for very short distances only bro. As well-wishers we want you to have a better comfortable trip as you go around India . Also the car has the trunk to keep your packs and lock. Hope you consider that as well.
@@ThoseHappyDays Excellent reply😂🤣😂😂🤣🙏.
But take Coconut water, watermelon, wood apple juice and lassy other hydrating foods which protect from dehydration 🙋.
I sooooo look forward to your travels. Your research amazes me. You're both so very adventurous. You've opened my eyes to India. Beautiful scenery and people. Stay safe.. xx
Awesome! Thank you!
Thank you for an excellent film, i have trevelled to both those places forty years ago though the roads were pretty bad back then. I did not like the the hot humid weather but when the monsoon arrived i danced in the street as it was so refreshing. Wishing you a good journey to your next destination.
When I was working in Karnataka, my office fellow used to say that Karwar has beautiful beaches, far more than those in Goa. I haven't visited that place, but on internet it actually looks amazing. Do visit if you wish. It is there nearby Gokarna on the coast of Karnataka only.
Hi.... If you come to ahemdabad Gujarat... I would love to take you around the best places... 🎉🎉🎉 It is great that you took time to explore this beautiful country .... Loads of love and support ❤❤❤
Boom🎉100k Subs.....Strong work 💪
Head for the himalayas mate cool up there now & beutiful with all the spring flowers out too.....
You guys are awesome 🥰
Thankyou guys another great video, please becareful with that heat you dont want to end up poorly ,see you on next video safe journeys xx
Thank you! Will do!
Another brilliant vlog, and congrats for passing 100k subscribers, well deserved 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks so much Carol, hope all is well ❤️
Loved that place guys, black and white shots look great 😊
Noticed you have got over 100k subs .Congratulations well deserved.
Thank you very much!
You need to come himalayan Indian state.... Summer 🌞 will be insane 2 or 3 months
Monsoon season is on the horizon!
❤🎉 Amazing
you guys are Aaaamazing 😊❤
Thali looked fantastic. What amazing beaches too.
Beautiful as usual ❤
Those beaches are beautiful.
A good lead to Goa.
Anjuna...long long beach. Agonda...monkeys and spectacular.
Palolim...beautiful.
This time of year more lovely, less tourists.
But there is a vibe...
Rice paddies all about.
Churches. Temples.
Gotta experience Agonda beach before you move north.
Besides, I get to see it again through your vids!!!💕✌
Agonda is less busy even in peak season.Wacth out for stinging jelly fish. The water at the beaches in Goa looks inviting but it is hot like a bath and full of jelly fish that sting you with PAINFUL tentacles.Use Vinegar as the antidote for the stings.
It’s been fantastic to watch your progression through India. I enjoy wherever you travel,it would be cool to see you in the Himalayas though.😎👍🏻🙏🏻
🤙🇮🇳 you never know
cold grey wet windy day in devon watching your last two vids munching my galaxy easter egg longing for travel xx
Great video xx
Thank you 💓
Great video!🥰perfect sunset 😎

Gr8 video again. Stay a couple of days or more wherever you are and Do Nothing. Get some rest....give Pete a rest too.....and move on forward, when you feel it's time. Stay safe and keep the videos coming.

'Afternoon beautiful people. Another great video, thanks. - you two are showing the best of wherever you go. The people, the places and the food...oh the food! They don't do takaways to Sussex by any chance? Take care in the heat, keep enjoying and can't wait for the next video.😊
