Sir, thank you for the information. Sir my office is in sector 136 and as greater noida is budget friendly so i want to live there so which area/sector will be most convenient for me to travel and what is the distance between them.
In greater Noida all the apartments near ek murti chauraha and teen Murti chauraha are good. They are budget friendly also. But the thing is from there to sector 136 is around 20 km. So u have to see if that distance and petrol cost is feasible to you or not in comparison with the rent. If it is feasible thn u can take flat near ek murti or teen Murti chauraha.

If you are living alone and otherwise also i wud recommend you to stay in Delhi itself. Because delhi is far better than noida in any case. Else, you can choose sectors like 76,77 of noida which are approx 15 km from Okhla phase 2

I think if u have work in Delhi thn u shd stay in either delhi or vaishali....because u will get direct metro from there.....vaishali and delhi both are better thn noida....so try vaishali or near ur work place....

The nearest metro station of noida from Delhi is sector 62,63 metro of noida. Your and ur wife office will be around 20-25 km from sector 62 or 63. The flats in sector 62 and 63 are very costly and my personal view is that Noida is not at all a gud place to live. So either you take flat in delhi which will be better for you, near or around bikhaji or jln.
Secondly if u don't wanna take in Delhi thn take in vaishali or around. It's better thn noida. Because u both have permanent govt job and half of ur life will go in metro if u will take in noida.
This is just a suggestion. If you still wanna take flat in noida thn take in sector 62, 63 or 75, 76, 77

From sector 16a the distance of sector 76, 77 is not very far...It's approx 10 km.....So you can see in sector 76,77 because there are good and big apartments....On the way to sector 16a to sector 76 you will find many good apartments....U can try there also.....But u will have to take help of brokers....Personally it's very difficult to find.....Try apps like nobroker, makaan, housing, 99 acres etc

Ayushi, in noida almost every sector has food apartments. So you can search in sector 132 itself ....best way is to search in apps like nobroker/housing/makaan/99acres etc......because in Noida apps are best options ..

If you have no issue with budget then u can get flat near 63, 62 in the budget of 17-18 thousand.....And PG around 5-7 thousand (branded PG like Zolo) ....If you want low rent then you can take flat near ek murti (greater Noida) where u can get flat around 10 thousand.......it's a run of approx 20 minutes from 63 to ek murti

Wahan par metro abhi tak nahi aayi hai lekin aane wale samay mei aa jayegi.....sector 16A (area around gaur city) accha hai....wahan char murti aur ek murti chaurahe se 4 km ke around ka area accha hai......malls hai....poora flat culture hai aur wahan flats saste bhi hai........agar permanently rahna hai toh apni apni pasand par hai.....mujhe noida nahi pasand....kyunki wahan life nahi hai.......poora shaher sirf appartments aur malls mei basa hai......lekin agar aap logon ko pasand hai toh rah sakte hai.....

In this budget u will get flat near ek murti greater noida....but the problem is that there is no metro right now....also gurgaon will be tooo far....sector 76,77 noida has metro but no flat in this budget....but still if u try to find in these sectors u might get in 13,14 k ......

Manish, it is difficult to find 1 BHK in noida....although there are few but not in big apartments. As you are shifting with ur wife i wud suggest you to go for 2 BHK (or 1 BHK if u get) but only in big apartments. Because there will be safety, crowd, shops etc....sector 62, 63 etc will be close around 5-6 km....also sector 76, 78 have good apartments it will be around 12-13 km far from ur sector. You can try these places and also sector 1. But go for big apartments and u will get at 12-13 thousand.
It is difficult to find flats in noida by ourself....so take help of apps like nobroker, 99 acres, housing etc

Ya it is ok but if someone is working in delhi then long time will go in travelling......if office is near noida border (in delhi) or if there is good service of metro from office to home then it's ok....otherwise take home near office, as much as possible.....also if living alone then delhi life is better than noida.....

I am coming noida from Jammu for one months, where should I stay near sector 32.
For one month flat won't be available for you.....so one option is you can take hostel...there are not many but i think u can find one....they charge around 500 per day but u can negotiate for one month.....secondly try PG locan also and app also like Zolo....thirdly u can request some flat mate for one room sharing ...from apps like nobroker ......

Firstly, take flat in big apartments because they are fully secure with all facilities....secondly, if don't have own car then try to take near metro station....thirdly, rent wud be anything around 10,000 to 13000 plus maintenance....
Area you can choose greater Noida near gaur city, there are many big apartments low rents but no metro....
Or you can choose sector 76,77 nice apartments....llittle costly but with metro station....

Hi....sector 50 is a good locality and it's somewhat cheaper also in terms of sector 77 or 78....there are many appartments and mostly the Big apartments has good facilities.....the societies like ajnara, supertech, gaur etc are goood...as per my exp I can say that best way to find a apartment in noida is through apps.....because it is not practically possible to search flats in noida.....so try apps like nobrokrage, 99acres, etc to find flats......

Jyadatar public ab greater noida me rahne lagi hai kyunki noida costly hai. Dusra, greater noida mei apartments jyada hai. Greater noida ke kai hisse hai jaise teen murti wala hissa/govt offices wala hissa/dono ke beech ka hissa....mere khayal se teen murti aur beech wala hissa sahi rahega.

Of you minus pollution thn in my view delhi is far better then noida. Reason being in Delhi where ever u live every area is a small city in itself...but noida is not like that....every thing is very far away....not very good facility of fooding, etc......also metro is not available everywhere in noida.
So if your job is in Delhi then i wud suggest u to live in Delhi.....
