- Initially me and my dad thought this property was abandoned so we were cutting it for the community and and also because there was dirt blocking a sewer. Then we got confront by the owner which turned out to be very nice and appreciative. In the end we were happy we were able to help the community and on top of that the actual homeowner that was in need of a cut. Thanks for watching, make sure to subscribe if you haven’t! :)

Without free flowing sewers, the dirt accumulates in the gutter providing a rich base for weeds, not to mention street flooding. Thank you for cleaning up and making this yard nicer than it has been in a long time. I love your videos.

Ain't going to lie. That was one UGLY yard. No curb appeal what so ever. (couldn't see it). You two did one real transformation of this neglected lot. Even tree and bush trimming. Neighbors going to have to welcome that unseen house back into the neighborhood. Seemed the owner was appreciative. Job very well done! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Home looks in good condition apart from the trashed items around the back now to lift the crown on the tree next door so the school kids can safely use that path too ,you have done a marvelous job there the owner of the home is very lucky to have you in the area to sort his mess.

The residents in the low-income neighborhoods of Houston, Texas always know that when two guys wearing long-sleeved red shirts and cowboy hats drive up in a pick-up truck towing a trailer full of lawn equipment, it means that M & D Lawn Care is on the scene and somebody’s property is getting some vitally-needed improvements that is free of charge to the lucky owner. The father and son duo is doing a fantastic job, dodging thunderstorms and maintaining a rapport with a muttley. And this neighborhood is located next to a set of railroad tracks. Quite a few railroad tracks. Kudos to M & D Lawn Care!
Rumor has it all the neighbors on that street can't stop smiling after all your beautiful work!

My dad was my best friend. He passed away in 2021. I worked many Saturdays with my dad around our houses. Never got to work full time with him. You are very blessed. My new goal in life is to make sure me and my son can spend the time together that you and your dad do.

Where i live in Texas that property would have received a citation for the tree blocking the sidewalk, one for the overgrowth on the drainage, and another for the tall grass and weeds... you saved him a boatload in fines.
What a difference you made! I'm always glad to see you put organic matter back on the property rather than in the landfill, although the trimmed branches can't be helped. Great job as usual. Loved the playful pup!
I think they are in Texas! Near Houston?? But, as we know, Texas is a big place.👍🏻 During COVID no one here was getting fined. Things are changing…..if they can find places for homeless on the sidewalks.🥺
we are in Houston and we should receive the same citations. I guess since covid everything went downhill and they kind of got flexible and let people have overgrown yards and since then they havent became strict again, thanks for watching!
