Having often mused on this, I realise most of my 20s were spent badly in terms of income generation and investment. Gonna ensure my kids know more than I did and act on it! Great ideas, and thanks for some reminders...

In summary long term wealth comes from holding properties and I dont have the time to consistently churn over flip projects.

Good advice Dan , hopefully a future buy to let landlords in their 20s are watching this video . I would have love to get this advice when I was in my 20s , am of a similar age to you and on my 4th buy to let . I do watch your video religiously. Because you give honest free advice. Hey Dan, after your initial refurbish and refinance, would you leave that to build equity over the mortgage term (25 years), or would you continue to refinance to pull money out of the property to reinvest (every 5 years)? Thanks for all your content!

Personally I set the initial mortgage term for 2 years and then refinance, I release equity and then reinvest it.

i was wondering is the help and inside knowledge only for people who wish to build an empire and go to these courses or is help/ time put into people who wish to be able to secure kids futures / retirements and not look to go to far into property i.e looking to do buy to lets / maybe brrr. any response / information would be appreciated as i will/ have been considering property and looking to go ahead end of next year and end goals would be to get family home first then get 1st BTL using sale money from place in currently in then when move area split the cash from sale to do this ?????

@@new2property thank you for taking time to reply i already received your book last week so will be taking time to go through, i totally get the educating yourself and investing in your self im just thinking for the sake of getting 3 or so houses im not sure thousands on training makes sense although i maybe be wrong on that. i ve got to work out first how to get my family up to another area while being out of work possibly and setting my son up in school as well as sell my property having to give L.A the legal first obligation to buy back and try to get mortgage with one income so i am kind of struggling with best way to get that all right and in sync.
