I don't know if it's just me, but i kinda understand flect turn...Like he said "a quirk that cannot be controled only leads to pain". For example toga who was basically forced to become a villian becuase she can't control her blood thirst, ofcourse that doesn't justify that he wants to end 80% of the population with quirks but he does have a point, quirks only cause destruction and social classes, if you were born powerful then you are going to be respected and admired, but at the contrary if you weren't born with power at all people are going sideline you
If he sees it like that then he has to kill the entire human race, actually every animal that isn't an insect. Because they are always ones who are born with power and might and others who aren't.

I feel like...if the League knew of what Flect Turn had planned, they would have been WAY more supportive of Deku....at least for the time being. Shigaraki and Dabi would have been pretty annoyed at the idea of getting rid of Quirks, especially considering how much they disliked Overhaul.
