I am Ghanaian and most street food jollof is tasteless as the stew they use for the jollof is very diluted to cut cost
Home cooked jollof is the best and even that depends on whether the cook is good or not
I thought my mum made the best jollof until l ate my wife's jollof
The best jollof l have ate outside is in a place called CHAMPION FOODS at a place called ADABRAKA they have this jollof called SPECIAL JOLLOF it is served in their upstairs restaurant, different recipe, the best l have ever had try it when you come to Ghana
