sir i am confuse a little bit if ajax is used to make website fast then what does react is for isnt it same?
See Ajax and React JS are for same purpose but way of doing is different and differently impact on server processing. In Ajax we can't change the URL and second problem with ajax is browser don't know that any particular module value is changed so to check it we have to ping the server after particular time gap which is over burden on Server. But in ReactJS their is no need to check if any module value is changes or not by ping to server.
I can't explain more here in comments but ReactJS is more powerful and purpose to use it totally different.
