How do you know who is enlightened? You have to first answer what the word means. But if you're not enlightened how can you know what it means experientially, not just verbally with a bunch of words that somebody else defines.?
If it doesn't concern you it's an unknown factor.
What does the person that places that places a seed in the ground who is the gardner do? Does the nurturer, the gardener, who then waters it, watch it bloom with its fruit?
