- In this video, we react to NF No Name. I didn't know if this was a good place to start with NF but I heard he was dope, so I randomly chose a song and landed on this.
Honestly, I actually want to know if the dude is okay, the lyrics got a bit deep ngl.

He's not okay no, but that's something all of us NF fans try to get others to understand. We know he's not OK, but it's okay not to be okay and we're here for him no matter what happens
Finally someone answered my question haha! That's dope, you gotta have a ton of self-awareness to understand that it's okay not be okay. We've all been there, it's just about how you deal with it. Obviously NF's way to give it everything he's got in his music.
That's also how he builds his fanbase, his fanbased is way different than anyone else because he's very unconventional and his fanbase connects to him unlike anyone else and their fanbase. Not only is he not ok and we r here for him but also vice versa

Amen to that!Depression is so hard to defeat.It’s a constant battle.But I’m inspired by NF out here doing what he is called to do even if he is battling depression.By him singing he is getting out his feelings and I’m thankful for his music.He inspires a lot of people.I’m sure it’s not easy getting out here in this cruel world and being judged by doing what he is called to do and at the same time battling depression but He still tries and keeps going not only for himself and his family and friends but also for lost and hurt people out here crying out and who feels lost.God bless you Nate.My son and I are truly faithful fans.

The right way to react to NF Songs is to Take the journey. Start at His Mansion Album, Therapysession, Perception and The Search. Its Like a story you have to Start at The beginning.

@@AltSpace Awesome! A big reason is that his music tells a progressive story. Later songs make references in the lyrics and music videos to previous ones. Like if you watch Outro first you won't get any reference because it's basically a recap of everything before it. Enjoy the journey! I'm going to be here for the long haul.

@SAMANTHA FARNSWORTH Even NF doesn't consider Moments one of his main albums. Every time he references his albums, he counts the number there are -Moments. Definitely worth listening to if you like him a lot after going through his main albums, but starting with it could very easily make a lot people not want to continue on with him.

Btw NF is like one of the few artists where you actually need to start from the very beginning of his career to understand him. He has a lot of relatable stuff in music and also alot of imagery in his videos. But yes there is an order of his songs that you have to follow to understand it

Yeah, you're right! Nate is a very deep thinker and struggles with his demons (struggles with depression, anxiety and has OCD) So many of his videos are all connected together, like a story, and in his music he does references to other songs so it would be better to start from the beginning to understand everything well
He is also a good singer,in fact he sings in many songs
And yes, he is very anti-industry!

Great reaction. You just got a new sub from a NF reaction addict. Note: In this song he hangs up on Fame. He calls Fame back on album 4 "The Search" in the song
"Leave Me Alone ". "Leave Me Alone" is a continuation of the song The Search so I would watch that one first.
In short, most people would suggest you start at album 1 Mansion because all of the albums tie together in a very profound way. And just like a good book or movie starting at the beginning is very enriching. However, it is a long journey = 4 albums, about 20+ relevant songs.
Having said that, I will say that a good starting sample for NF is to start with "Why", then "The Search", "Leave Me Alone", and then "Paid my Dues" (a song made as a response to Rolling Stone who trashed album 4 The Search). I would throw "When I Grow Up" in there too.
If after, watching those 4 then I would highly recommend you go straight to what is called the NF Journey. I won't post all of the songs, but somebody will if you keep going. The first song on the Journey is "Intro" and then "Mansion" and so forth. Sorry to carry on.

Even the song "The Search" has some small references to "Mansion." I'm saying it is important to understand the songs before to really understand what he's saying.

You should take the NF Journey. It's a story. It begins at the mansion album, after that therapy session, then the perception and the last album the search. Going in order is rlly important. Also he'd bout to drop a new album soon (in a few months prob, maybe in 1 month).
He also has a great singing voice when he's not rapping. One of the first songs of his I heard was "How could you leave us"

Much of his music references other songs along his journey. This one actually reference a dong that he hadn’t released yet... when he mentioned he would get back to fame on album 4, which he did in “Leave Me Alone”. Deepest most interconnected music out there.
