Ah, but for the one who Awakens to their true nature in meditation and Self inquiry and is then taken beyond the illusion of being mind while simultaneously precipitating a Kundalini awakening and leaving the body in a flash of light, the experience is definitely valid. Yet there are those teachers, such as Fred Davis, who are against big awakenings and prefer that people simply realize in a gentle, no-bell-and-whistles way, because they say it can leave people confused.
