I've got a cow hide I want to get made into a rug and Amazon is taking their sweet time to deliver that scraping tool that my Dad ordered.

How sharp do you make the knife?

Frank you want the edge to be dull so you can slide your fingernail across it and it dont cut so sharpen and then slightly dull it. Thanks for asking i should have said that .
