Recording of 1 hr takes atleast 1 GB in windows by default. That's why 3rd party apps are used.
If 1 hour= 1 GB then it's good 👍 because in mobile only 10-15 minutes= 1 GB

Its because the default anti-virus windows defender is not that good. There are easy techniques for bypassing it. Ofc any anti-virus can be bypassed but, windows defender antivirus bypass techniques are like everywhere. I don't use any anti-viruses mostly because it takes a lot of resources and I have sense on what to download

One of the easiest way to shut down the computer or laptop simply press alt+f4 and then enter computer will get shut down automatically there js no need to press U three times......
