- I didn't know this at the time of filming my reaction but apparently this movie was considered a pastiche. PASTICHE Cool word right? It was definitely outside of my vocabulary of course I consulted Google. Here's a new Word of the Day for you: "A pastiche is a work of visual art, literature, theatre, music, or architecture that imitates the style or character of the work of one or more other artists. Unlike parody, pastiche pays homage to the work it imitates, rather than mocking it."

The great fighter for instance might be able to get just as hands to fill with such power that they will get the glow. Which it could be deadly if it fell into evil's hands. Those hands belongs to the master like Bruce Lee. Someone who has reached the final level and it could make his whole body glow. The beauty will create would be without bounds. Imagine the wonder, someone like this could bring to the world.
I grew up watching this movie on a VSH tape my parents recorded. Great music
Sho'Nuff/Julius Carry was in an epic cult classic series in the 90's with Bruce Campbell called "The Adventures Of Briscoe County Jr."

That was a nice reaction. You might want to try watching the whole movie, I think you might enjoy it. It's not that violent, plus it has a pretty good message about believing in yourself, which is basically the whole driving point of the movie.

Leroy green aka Bruce Leroy was an 18-20 year old who idolized Bruce Lee and actually went and trained with a man who said he fought with Bruce Lee. To the outside world, Leroy is a weirdo who’s fixated on kungfu. But around this time, a lot of people were into kungfu and martial arts. So there were others who took it serious like Leroy. Sho’nuff was one of those people. And they both were on a path to reach the final level and to obtain the glow. That’s the red glow in sho’nuffs hands. He reached it but not the full body one like Leroy. Because his heart and mind wasn’t in the right place like Leroy.

Hello, Berrio. Love this movie and this fight scene. It has swag for days, and it sticks out, in a sea of martial arts films. Also, soundtrack is amazing. Vanity is the female you see gagged,, with her hands behind her back.. She is Leroy's love interest, and a famous star, that falls for Leroy. When i was a kid, i use to have those special dreams about her.😀 You should watch the whole movie, when you have the chance. It's a Martial Arts, and it's one of the few Martial Arts films, that feature black leads. The theme of the movie is - Leroy has dreams of becoming a master of the martial arts, by achieving "The Glow". This glow means, you're the ultimate Martial Arts master. ShoNuf is the villain of the film, who wishes to fight Leroy, because many say, Leroy is the best Martial Artist around.

Whoa i learned something new here...pastiche. I watched the whole reaction video and then read the description so I thought this was a parody and they were making fun martial arts movies. I don't know why but I find a lot of the things you say to me to be really rude/offensive. Whether I make reaction videos or not has nothing to do with my role as a mother.
